O jej\u00ed prosazen\u00ed do \u0161kol po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se v\u0161ak sna\u017e\u00ed nejstar\u0161\u00ed studentsk\u00e1 organizace u\u017e p\u0159es 100 let. V&nbsp;lednu 2022 byla Junior Achievement Worldwide d\u00edky sv\u00fdm aktivit\u00e1m v oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ml\u00e1de\u017ee navr\u017eena mezi kandid\u00e1ty na Nobelovu cenu m\u00edru.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tradi\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduka a rozd\u011blen\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch dlouhodob\u011b nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na stejn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Studenti netu\u0161\u00ed, jak nabyt\u00e9 informace uplatnit v&nbsp;praxi. P\u0159i vstupu na pracovn\u00ed trh nemaj\u00ed dostatek pot\u0159ebn\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, trp\u00ed nejistotou a malou \u0161anc\u00ed na rychl\u00e9 rozvinut\u00ed sv\u00e9ho potenci\u00e1lu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eMlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 jsou inov\u00e1to\u0159i a na tom, jak je nau\u010d\u00edme samostatn\u011b rozv\u00edjet a uskute\u010d\u0148ovat nov\u00e9 n\u00e1pady, stoj\u00ed rozvoj ka\u017ed\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti. I \u010de\u0161t\u00ed studenti vn\u00edmaj\u00ed, jak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 jsou pro jejich budouc\u00ed uplatn\u011bn\u00ed m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti, ale z&nbsp;mnoha ohlas\u016f v\u00edme, \u017ee praktick\u00e1 v\u00fduka jim ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch st\u00e1le chyb\u00ed. Je t\u0159eba z\u00fa\u017eit  spektrum povinn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f, p\u0159esunout n\u011bkter\u00e9 do kategorie voliteln\u00fdch a nab\u00eddnout nov\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty, kter\u00e9 reflektuj\u00ed po\u017eadavky m\u011bn\u00edc\u00ed se spole\u010dnosti. Vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed programy jsou p\u0159ipraveny a detailn\u011b rozpracov\u00e1ny s&nbsp;n\u00e1vodn\u00fdmi postupy pro v\u00fduku, sta\u010d\u00ed je jen pou\u017e\u00edt. D\u00edky sv\u00e9mu konceptu pom\u00e1haj\u00ed student\u016fm objevit sv\u00e9 talenty a uv\u011bdomit si, jak se cht\u011bj\u00ed v budoucnu realizovat,\u201c uvedl \u0159editel \u010desk\u00e9 kancel\u00e1\u0159e Junior Achievement (JA Czech) Martin Smr\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nep\u0159ipravenost absolvent\u016f na trh pr\u00e1ce vn\u00edmali byznysmeni ve Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1tech u\u017e za\u010d\u00e1tkem 20. stolet\u00ed. A to byl tak\u00e9 d\u016fvod vzniku neziskov\u00e9 organizace Junior Achievement v&nbsp;roce 1919. Od t\u00e9 doby se organizace, jej\u00edm\u017e c\u00edlem je podpora praktick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na \u0161kol\u00e1ch, roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ila do 118 zem\u00ed sv\u011bta a jen v&nbsp;Evrop\u011b jej\u00edmi programy na podnikatelsk\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed pro\u0161lo bezm\u00e1la 120 tis\u00edc u\u010ditel\u016f a p\u0159es 4,6 milionu d\u011bt\u00ed a ml\u00e1de\u017ee. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eKl\u00ed\u010dem k modern\u00edmu \u0161kolstv\u00ed je d\u016fraz na p\u0159\u00edklady \"ze \u017eivota\". Je v\u0161eobecn\u011b zn\u00e1m\u00e9, \u017ee trendem ve vyu\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed je posun k digitalizaci a projektov\u00e9 v\u00fduce, kter\u00e1 p\u0159irozen\u011b propojuje v\u011bdomosti z v\u00edce oblast\u00ed, v re\u00e1lu ale v\u017edy z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na \u0161kole a u\u010ditel\u00edch, zda cht\u011bj\u00ed d\u011btem nab\u00eddnout n\u011bco v\u00edc ne\u017e jen teorii v lavic\u00edch. Na\u0161e organizace m\u00e1 akreditovan\u00e9 programy, kter\u00e9 u\u010ditel\u016fm pom\u00e1haj\u00ed za\u0159adit podnikavost do v\u00fduky od nejmen\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed a\u017e po vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly, pro pedagogy organizujeme \u0161kolen\u00ed, konference a po cel\u00fd \u0161koln\u00ed rok jsme s nimi v&nbsp;kontaktu. Vysoce cen\u011bn\u00e1 je tak\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;mentory z&nbsp;firem, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou k&nbsp;ruce jak student\u016fm, tak kantor\u016fm,\u201c popsal Martin Smr\u017e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010ceskou pobo\u010dku Junior Achievement zalo\u017eil v&nbsp;roce 1992 podnikatel Tom\u00e1\u0161 Ba\u0165a. Podnikavost a praktick\u00e9 obchodn\u00ed zku\u0161enosti \u2013 to jsou dovednosti, kter\u00e9 se student\u016fm hod\u00ed po cel\u00fd \u017eivot. Z\u00edskaj\u00ed osobn\u00ed nadhled, zdokonal\u00ed schopnost prezentace, kreativn\u00ed a kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, nau\u010d\u00ed se reagovat v&nbsp;krizov\u00fdch situac\u00edch a nab\u00edzet sv\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
