Reaguje nejen na ud\u00e1losti, kter\u00e9 znamenaly uzav\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kol, ale pokl\u00e1d\u00e1 i ot\u00e1zky dot\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 Strategie 2030+ jako nov\u00e9 vize \u010desk\u00e9ho \u0161kolstv\u00ed pro 21. stolet\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak\u00e9 je to b\u00fdt ministrem \u0161kolstv\u00ed v dob\u011b koronakrize? N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed v\u00e1m vy\u010d\u00edtaj\u00ed, \u017ee jste byl m\u00e1lo vid\u011bt, jin\u00ed naopak, \u017ee jste \u010dasto m\u011bnil sv\u00e1 vyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00ed. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed kritizuj\u00ed, \u017ee jste nechal p\u0159\u00edli\u0161nou zodpov\u011bdnost na \u0159editel\u00edch \u0161kol.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Obdob\u00ed koronavirov\u00e9 pandemie n\u00e1m v\u0161em p\u0159ineslo nov\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy, proto\u017ee nikdo z n\u00e1s se v podobn\u00e9 situaci dosud neocitl. Hlavn\u00ed slovo m\u011blo samoz\u0159ejm\u011b ministerstvo zdravotnictv\u00ed a krizov\u00fd \u0161t\u00e1b. My jsme prakticky ihned po uzav\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kol rozjeli metodick\u00fd web pro \u0161koly NaD\u00e1lku a s \u010ceskou televiz\u00ed spustili projekt U\u010d\u00edTelka. P\u0159edstavili jsme p\u0159ehledn\u00fd harmonogram uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed v oblasti \u0161kolstv\u00ed a postupovali konzistentn\u011b podle n\u011bj a\u017e do konce \u0161koln\u00edho roku. I v mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edm srovn\u00e1n\u00ed jsme spole\u010dn\u00fdmi silami dok\u00e1zali reagovat velmi rychle a profesion\u00e1ln\u011b. Term\u00edny p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161ek \u010di maturit jsme vyhl\u00e1sili s dostate\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159edstihem, novelizovali jsme \u0161kolsk\u00fd z\u00e1kon, vydali vyhl\u00e1\u0161ku o hodnocen\u00ed v\u00fdsledk\u016f vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f ve druh\u00e9m pololet\u00ed \u0161koln\u00edho roku 2019\/2020. V souvislosti s novou vyhl\u00e1\u0161kou jsme apelovali na u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed formativn\u00ed zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby. P\u0159ipravili jsme p\u0159ehledn\u00e9 manu\u00e1ly pro v\u0161echny typy \u0161kol a \u0161kolsk\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina \u0159editel\u016f si s touto situac\u00ed poradila velmi dob\u0159e a zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba na na\u0161e manu\u00e1ly byla veskrze pozitivn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co pozitivn\u00edho jste si vy osobn\u011b odnesl z koronakrize?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednozna\u010dn\u011b obrovsk\u00fd pocit hrdosti \u2013 jsme velmi hrd\u00fd na v\u0161echny u\u010ditele, kte\u0159\u00ed museli ze dne na den naprosto zm\u011bnit sv\u016fj zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce. A mnoz\u00ed z nich k t\u00e9to v\u00fdzv\u011b p\u0159istoupili opravdu obdivuhodn\u011b. Z m\u00e9 strany pat\u0159\u00ed velk\u00fd d\u00edk tak\u00e9 v\u0161em akt\u00e9r\u016fm v oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se sna\u017eili nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi zp\u016fsoby pomoci. Tematick\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va \u010cesk\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce o vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na d\u00e1lku uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee p\u0159es v\u0161echny obt\u00ed\u017ee v\u011bt\u0161ina \u0161kol tuto mimo\u0159\u00e1dnou v\u00fdzvu zvl\u00e1dla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Co pozitivn\u00edho by si m\u011blo z koronakrize odn\u00e9st \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u017e jsem to \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b nazna\u010dil v p\u0159edchoz\u00ed ot\u00e1zce \u2013 na\u0161i \u0159editel\u00e9 a u\u010ditel\u00e9 museli b\u011bhem n\u011bkolika dn\u016f zm\u011bnit sv\u00e9 \u010dasto dlouholet\u00e9 fungov\u00e1n\u00ed a byli nuceni se u\u010dit n\u011b\u010demu nov\u00e9mu a dostali se do \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e9 situace, stejn\u011b jako jejich \u017e\u00e1ci a studenti. Jsou zn\u00e1my p\u0159\u00edklady dobr\u00e9 praxe, kdy dokonce \u017e\u00e1ci pom\u00e1hali sv\u00fdm pedagog\u016fm rozj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bt nap\u0159. videokonference. A tato vz\u00e1jemn\u00e1 pomoc byla samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vid\u011bt i mezi u\u010diteli, kte\u0159\u00ed mezi sebou \u010dasto sd\u00edleli odborn\u00e9 znalosti a zku\u0161enosti. Nelze opomenout tak\u00e9 fakt, \u017ee jsme se v r\u00e1mci n\u011bkolika m\u00e1lo dn\u016f dok\u00e1zali adaptovat na nov\u00e9 postupy a metody, co\u017e by mohlo p\u0159in\u00e9st novou pozitivn\u00ed energii pro zkvalit\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161eho \u0161kolstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\"Sd\u00edlen\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch kompetenc\u00ed a zku\u0161enost\u00ed bylo nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm nutnou slo\u017ekou v t\u00e9to krizi a iniciativa va\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly byla naprosto skv\u011bl\u00e1.\"<\/em> <\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">P\u0159ipravuje se Strategie 2030+. Od n\u011bkter\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f sl\u00fdch\u00e1me, \u017ee podobn\u00fdch strategi\u00ed u\u017e na pap\u00ed\u0159e bylo, ale ve skute\u010dnosti se toho nikdy p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nezm\u011bnilo. Pro\u010d by to tentokr\u00e1t m\u011blo dopadnout jinak?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prim\u00e1rn\u00ed zm\u011bnou oproti p\u0159edchoz\u00edm strategick\u00fdm dokument\u016fm je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee tentokr\u00e1t byl materi\u00e1l od sam\u00e9ho za\u010d\u00e1tku tvo\u0159en ve spolupr\u00e1ci s odbornou ve\u0159ejnost\u00ed a profesn\u00ed komunitou. M\u0160MT jmenovalo skupinu expert\u016f nejen z oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed (sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed byl nap\u0159\u00edklad sociolog Arno\u0161t Vesel\u00fd \u010di viceprezidentka Svazu pr\u016fmyslu a dopravy \u010cR Milena Jab\u016frkov\u00e1). Tato expertn\u00ed skupina absolvovala spolu s t\u00fdmem ministerstva mnoho kulat\u00fdch stol\u016f, diskuz\u00ed a konferenc\u00ed pro odbornou ve\u0159ejnost a v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 akt\u00e9ry ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Dokument dvakr\u00e1t pro\u0161el ve\u0159ejnou konzultac\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b tuto \u0161irokou sou\u010dinnost pova\u017euji za jeden z p\u0159\u00edslib\u016f Strategie 2030+. Ov\u0161em tou nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed bude proces implementace, kter\u00fd je p\u0159ed n\u00e1mi. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee jsme se pou\u010dili z p\u0159edchoz\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed, implementa\u010dn\u00ed pl\u00e1n je nastaven\u00fd dob\u0159e a \u017ee si ji\u017e po prvn\u00edm obdob\u00ed 2020-2023 budeme moci \u0159\u00edci, kam jsme se re\u00e1ln\u011b posunuli. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ne v\u0161ichni u\u010ditel\u00e9 jsou p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deni, \u017ee zm\u011bny nastolovan\u00e9 strategie jsou ku prosp\u011bchu v\u011bci. St\u00e1le v\u00fdrazn\u011b up\u0159ednost\u0148uj\u00ed teoretick\u00e9 znalosti nad dovednosti, aplikacemi, vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm projekt\u016f. Jak chcete p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit v\u0161echny u\u010ditele, aby Strategii 2030+ s jej\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm pro \u017eivot p\u0159ijali za svou?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak jsem ji\u017e \u0159\u00edkal, implementace bude nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cel\u00e9ho procesu. Pova\u017eujeme za nezbytn\u00e9, aby se hlavn\u00ed c\u00edle Strategie 2030+ prom\u00edtly do ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota na\u0161ich \u0161kol. Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli tady budou m\u00edt \u0159editel\u00e9. Nen\u00ed v sil\u00e1ch ministerstva komunikovat s ka\u017ed\u00fdm u\u010ditelem zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165, ale ud\u011bl\u00e1me v\u0161echno proto, aby \u0159editel\u00e9, jako\u017eto l\u00edd\u0159i pedagogick\u00e9ho procesu, c\u00edl\u016fm Strategie 2030+ porozum\u011bli, stejn\u011b jako konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm opat\u0159en\u00edm, s kter\u00fdmi p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed, a aby je spole\u010dn\u011b se sv\u00fdm pedagogick\u00fdm t\u00fdmem realizovali v jednotliv\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Krom\u011b informa\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u011b budou budeme kl\u00e1st d\u016fraz na profesn\u00ed rozvoj \u0159editel\u016f a u\u010ditel\u016f, a\u0165 ji\u017e formou webin\u00e1\u0159\u016f, \u0161kolen\u00ed pro sborovny nebo t\u0159eba mentoringem a inspirativn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edklady dobr\u00e9 praxe. Prom\u011bnou mus\u00ed proj\u00edt i pregradu\u00e1ln\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f. Pot\u0159ebujeme jasn\u011b vydefinovat kompeten\u010dn\u00ed profil u\u010ditele\/\u0159editele a podle n\u011bj pak nastavit jejich p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed c\u00edle Strategie 2030+ jsou sp\u00ed\u0161e obecn\u00e9, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b i na tato pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed Strategie a implementa\u010dn\u00ed karty pamatuj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Jak vy osobn\u011b vid\u00edte roli st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00e9ho studenta v \u010desk\u00e9m \u0161kolstv\u00ed? Jsme pro v\u00e1s jen objekty vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, pro kter\u00e9 p\u0159ipravujete Strategii 2030+, nebo n\u00e1m p\u0159izn\u00e1v\u00e1te jist\u00e9 pr\u00e1vo na vlastn\u00ed n\u00e1zor, pr\u00e1vo sna\u017eit se sv\u00fdmi iniciativami ovliv\u0148ovat chod sv\u00e9 \u0161koly?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ani \u017e\u00e1ci ani studenti rozhodn\u011b nejsou \u201eobjekty\u201c vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Naopak! Jsou t\u011bmi hlavn\u00edmi subjekty. Pokud oni nebudou cht\u00edt a nebudou vid\u011bt smysl ve sv\u00e9m studiu, ani sebelep\u0161\u00ed pedagog je pot\u0159ebn\u00fdmi kompetencemi nevybav\u00ed. N\u00e1zory \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f jsou velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a standardem by m\u011blo b\u00fdt, \u017ee si ka\u017ed\u00e1 \u0161kola od sv\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f \u010di student\u016f \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 zp\u011btnou vazbu v r\u00e1mci autoevaluace. V lednu roku 2019 jsem se v Ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch V\u00e1clava Moravce z\u00fa\u010dastnil diskuse se t\u0159emi st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdmi studenty v debat\u011b o jejich pohledech na dal\u0161\u00ed sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kolstv\u00ed a jednozna\u010dn\u011b se jednalo o zaj\u00edmavou, v\u011bcnou a podn\u011btnou debatu. Dokonce samotn\u00e1 Strategie 2030+ se v\u011bnuje nejen studijn\u00ed autonomii \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a student\u016f, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm jejich participaci a posilov\u00e1n\u00ed ob\u010dansk\u00fdch kompetenc\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdy\u017e jsme hledali informace b\u011bhem uzav\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kol, nach\u00e1zeli jsme je nej\u010dast\u011bji na ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch port\u00e1lech n\u011bkter\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed, nikoli na webu M\u0160MT. Ot\u00e1zkou pak je, nakolik jsou takov\u00e9 zdroje d\u016fv\u011bryhodn\u00e9. Zm\u011bn\u00ed to n\u011bjak nov\u011b p\u0159ipravovan\u00fd web Edu.cz?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u00e1v\u011b pro obdob\u00ed krize M\u0160MT vytvo\u0159ilo port\u00e1l nadalku.msmt.cz a jeho n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvnost byla denn\u011b v \u0159\u00e1d\u016f tis\u00edc\u016f jednotliv\u00fdch n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bvn\u00edk\u016f. Situace jednozna\u010dn\u011b uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee u\u010ditel\u00e9, rodi\u010de i samotn\u00ed studenti informace pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed \u2013 a hledaj\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 proto jsme usp\u00ed\u0161ili vznik pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho port\u00e1lu edu.cz. Viz\u00ed p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9ho port\u00e1lu je poskytnout u\u017eivatel\u016fm jednoduch\u00fd komunika\u010dn\u00ed kan\u00e1l, na kter\u00e9m se dozv\u00ed o v\u0161em, co je v na\u0161em \u0161kolstv\u00ed aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed a d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9. Jeho sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed budou nejen aktuality, metodiky \u010di tematick\u00e9 \u010dl\u00e1nky, ale rovn\u011b\u017e i platforma pro sd\u00edlen\u00ed zku\u0161enost\u00ed a p\u0159\u00edklad\u016f dobr\u00e9 praxe z oblasti vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Cel\u00fd projekt prob\u00edh\u00e1 ve spolupr\u00e1ci s pedagogy, odborn\u00edky i neziskov\u00fdm sektorem. Obsah bude zalo\u017een na dialogu a aktu\u00e1ln\u00edch pot\u0159eb\u00e1ch akt\u00e9r\u016f ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\"Byl bych r\u00e1d, abychom \u017e\u00e1ky dok\u00e1zali co nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159ipravit na v\u00fdzvy 21. stolet\u00ed.\"<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Kdybyste chytil zlatou rybku, kter\u00e1 by v\u00e1m mohla splnit t\u0159i p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed pro \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed, jak\u00e1 byste vyslovil?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>To je velmi zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. V prv\u00e9 \u0159ad\u011b bych si p\u0159\u00e1l, abychom si z obdob\u00ed koronaviru a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na d\u00e1lku p\u0159enesli nov\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti z oblasti vyu\u017eit\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed, nov\u00fdch metod u\u010den\u00ed \u010di u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed formativn\u00edho hodnocen\u00ed. Vz\u00edt si z uplynul\u00e9ho obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9ho jara to pozitivn\u00edho bude obrovskou v\u00fdzvou pro vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na\u0161ich d\u011bt\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako druh\u00e9 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed bych byl r\u00e1d, aby se poda\u0159il proces dokon\u010den\u00ed Strategie 2030+ a jej\u00ed proces implementace. S kolegy na ministerstvu m\u00e1me p\u0159ed sebou je\u0161t\u011b dlouhou cestu, kterou jsme si z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b rozd\u011blili na mal\u00e9 \u00fakoly, abychom dok\u00e1zali v\u0161e precizn\u011b zpracovat. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee bude Strategie na podzim schv\u00e1len\u00e1 vl\u00e1dou a n\u00e1sledn\u011b ji budeme moct postupn\u011b uv\u00e1d\u011bt v \u017eivot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se Strategi\u00ed by \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b souviselo i posledn\u00ed p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed \u2013 byl bych r\u00e1d, abychom \u017e\u00e1ky dok\u00e1zali co nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159ipravit na v\u00fdzvy 21. stolet\u00ed s pocitem, \u017ee pro n\u011b na\u0161e vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ud\u011blalo maximum a abychom z\u00e1rove\u0148 m\u011bli kvalitn\u00ed a motivovan\u00e9 u\u010ditele, kte\u0159\u00ed by byli adekv\u00e1tn\u011b ohodnoceni.
