Pokud m\u00e1 \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed v \u00fasil\u00ed o integraci ukrajinsk\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f usp\u011bt jako celek, bude se ale muset vyrovnat s \u0159adou dal\u0161\u00edch, dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev. \u017de \u0161koly ji\u017e na ja\u0159e nar\u00e1\u017eely na \u0159adu p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek, nazna\u010duje i Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va o integraci a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ukrajinsk\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed, kterou vydala \u010cesk\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce.<\/strong> <strong>Jak d\u00e1le pokra\u010dovat v \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 integraci ukrajinsk\u00fdch uprchl\u00edk\u016f v \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch se pokus\u00ed zodpov\u011bd\u011bt \u0159e\u010dn\u00edci na\u00a0kulat\u00e9m stole SKAV a EDUin.\u00a0Diskuse se uskute\u010dn\u00ed 9. \u010dervna od 14 do 16 hodin online\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/SKAVcz\">zde.<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jak\u00e9 v\u00fdzvy stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed \u010desk\u00fdmi \u0161kolami v dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed perspektiv\u011b? Tady jsou n\u011bkter\u00e9 z nich:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrace ukrajinsk\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Polovina \u0161kol osloven\u00fdch \u010ceskou \u0161koln\u00ed inspekc\u00ed ji\u017e nyn\u00ed nar\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na nedostatek kapacit, v\u010detn\u011b kapacit person\u00e1ln\u00edch. Net\u00fdk\u00e1 se to p\u0159itom jen jazykov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. \u0160koly, kter\u00e9 poci\u0165ovaly nedostatek u\u010ditel\u016f ji\u017e p\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou na Ukrajin\u011b, budou muset zajistit v\u00fduku pro des\u00edtky tis\u00edc ukrajinsk\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed.&nbsp;\u201cD\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 bude pokra\u010dovat v nastartovan\u00e9m zapojov\u00e1n\u00ed ukrajinsk\u00fdch pedago\u017eek a pedagog\u016f s perspektivou pln\u00e9 integrace n\u011bkter\u00fdch z nich. To se t\u00fdk\u00e1 i dal\u0161\u00edch relevantn\u00edch odborn\u00edk\u016f, jak jsou nap\u0159\u00edklad speci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9, psychologov\u00e9 nebo logopedov\u00e9,\u201d&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Heinrich z META.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160koly ale zat\u00edm neznaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed postup ani pro leto\u0161n\u00ed z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed.&nbsp;\u201cOd z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed budou m\u00edt ukrajin\u0161t\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 za sou\u010dasn\u00fdch podm\u00ednek status maxim\u00e1ln\u011b asistent\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b p\u00e1rov\u00fdch u\u010ditel\u016f. Zat\u00edm se kolem toho nic ned\u011bje, op\u011bt n\u00e1s to zastihne na posledn\u00ed chv\u00edli. Je to tak\u00e9 ot\u00e1zka kapacit jazykov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a do budoucna zkou\u0161ek, kter\u00e9 jim umo\u017en\u00ed nastoupit do \u0161kol jako plnohodnotn\u00fdm u\u010ditel\u016fm,\u201d&nbsp;upozor\u0148uje V\u00edt Beran, \u0159editel Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly Kunratice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Systematick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup k v\u00fduce \u010de\u0161tiny jako druh\u00e9ho jazyka<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00edm v\u00fduky \u010de\u0161tiny jako druh\u00e9ho jazyka m\u00e1 \u010desk\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m probl\u00e9my dlouhodob\u011b, sou\u010dasn\u00e1 krize jej nav\u00edc zastihla v pilotn\u00ed f\u00e1zi po zm\u011bn\u011b legislativy z minul\u00e9ho roku. Pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce tak nep\u0159ekvapiv\u011b konstatuje v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 rozd\u00edly mezi \u0161kolami v rozsahu v\u00fduky \u010de\u0161tiny. Na 7 procentech \u0161kol, kam se b\u011bhem jara zapsalo v\u00edce ne\u017e deset ukrajinsk\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, z person\u00e1ln\u00edch (nebo finan\u010dn\u00edch) d\u016fvod\u016f v\u00fduku \u010de\u0161tiny nezaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed v\u016fbec.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159itom v\u00fduka z\u00e1klad\u016f jazyka je jen prvn\u00edm krokem.&nbsp;\u201cI po vy\u010derp\u00e1n\u00ed podpory v r\u00e1mci jazykov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpravy pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed d\u011bti, pro kter\u00e9 \u010de\u0161tina nen\u00ed mate\u0159sk\u00fd jazyk, specifick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup a c\u00edlenou n\u00e1vaznou podporu ve v\u00fduce,\u201d&nbsp;upozor\u0148uje Jan Heinrich. To podle n\u011bj znamen\u00e1 zajistit:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f pro v\u00fduku \u010de\u0161tiny jako druh\u00e9ho jazyka (a\u0165 u\u017e st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch, tak student\u016f pedagogick\u00fdch obor\u016f)<\/li><li>vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f v oblasti za\u010dle\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f s odli\u0161n\u00fdm mate\u0159sk\u00fdm jazykem a pr\u00e1ci s r\u016fznorod\u00fdm kolektivem<\/li><li>syst\u00e9mov\u00e9 nastaven\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 podpory ve v\u00fduce (bez dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed poraden) nad r\u00e1mec toho, co dnes umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed podp\u016frn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed 1. stupn\u011b<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hled\u00e1n\u00ed cest, jak zachovat ukrajinskou identitu<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRozvoj mate\u0159sk\u00e9ho jazyka je pro d\u011bti (nejen ukrajinsk\u00e9)<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>a jejich vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed vlastn\u00ed identity d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd i bez ohledu na to, jestli se rodiny pl\u00e1nuj\u00ed vracet do zem\u011b p\u016fvodu, ale v t\u00e9to situaci samoz\u0159ejm\u011b dvojn\u00e1sob,\u201d&nbsp;\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Jan Heinrich. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je hledat cesty, jak umo\u017enit v\u00fduku ukrajinsk\u00e9ho jazyka v \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, i jak spolupracovat s ukrajinsk\u00fdmi institucemi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V sou\u010dasnosti maj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed ukrajin\u0161t\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci, jen omezenou informaci o tom, kolik jejich \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed rovn\u011b\u017e distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky na jejich ukrajinsk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch a jak\u00e9 to na n\u011b klade n\u00e1roky. Podle odhad\u016f veden\u00ed \u0161koly \u010di j\u00edm ur\u010den\u00e9ho koordin\u00e1tora se jedn\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 14 % ukrajinsk\u00fdch \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed v dubnu nav\u0161t\u011bvovali \u010desk\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Integrace ukrajinsk\u00fdch st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDlouhodob\u011b p\u0159evl\u00e1dalo m\u00edn\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee proto\u017ee je st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kola \"nepovinn\u00e1,\" nen\u00ed pot\u0159eba vstup mlad\u00fdch lid\u00ed po z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole do syst\u00e9mu a jejich integraci a podporu p\u0159i studiu zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi zaji\u0161\u0165ovat. Kvalitn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed je ale podm\u00ednkou integrace,\u201d&nbsp;upozor\u0148uje Jan Heinrich. V\u00fdsledkem je vysok\u00e1 m\u00edra nescholarizovan\u00fdch cizinc\u016f a drop-out\u016f (p\u0159ed v\u00e1lkou na Ukrajin\u011b&nbsp;nestudovala st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dtvrtina 16let\u00fdch cizinc\u016f \u017eij\u00edc\u00edch v \u010cR, zat\u00edmco u \u010desk\u00fdch ob\u010dan\u016f to byla jen necel\u00e1 4%) se v\u0161emi negativn\u00edmi d\u016fsledky jednotliv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky i pro \u010deskou spole\u010dnost.&nbsp;\u201cTento dosud do\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup de facto \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee tito mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch nemaj\u00ed co pohled\u00e1vat, pokud neum\u011bj\u00ed \u010desky (a nau\u010dit se \u010desky je pouze zodpov\u011bdnost\u00ed jich samotn\u00fdch). Z hlediska integrace je tento p\u0159\u00edstup \u0161kodliv\u00fd, z hlediska ekonomick\u00e9ho nev\u00fdhodn\u00fd, z mor\u00e1ln\u00edho hlediska cynick\u00fd a obecn\u011b nen\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b udr\u017eiteln\u00fd. Zejm\u00e9na s rostouc\u00edmi po\u010dty t\u011bchto lid\u00ed v populaci v\u010detn\u011b vlny nov\u011b p\u0159\u00edchoz\u00edch z Ukrajiny,\u201d&nbsp;dod\u00e1v\u00e1 Jan Heinrich.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I p\u0159es v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 \u00falevy v p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed umo\u017en\u011bn\u00e9 Lex Ukrajina se nepoda\u0159ilo ve v\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed m\u00ed\u0159e za\u010dlenit ukrajinsk\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky do vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. P\u0159isp\u011bl k tomu jak obecn\u00fd bezprecedentn\u00ed nedostatek m\u00edst na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v tomto \u0161koln\u00edm roce, tak st\u00e1le \u010dasto mal\u00e1 ochota mnoha st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol upravit podm\u00ednky pro p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed i pro studium (nap\u0159. nerealistick\u00e9 po\u017eadavky p\u0159i ov\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b znalosti \u010desk\u00e9ho jazyka). Pro mnoho (nejen) ukrajinsk\u00fdch teenager\u016f to tak znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nebudou m\u00edt mo\u017enost studovat obory, kter\u00e9 odpov\u00eddaj\u00ed jejich potenci\u00e1lu a preferenc\u00edm.
