Ta popisuje p\u011bt r\u016fzn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f k \u0159editelsk\u00e9 profesi. Hlavn\u00edm t\u00e9matem tiskov\u00e9 konference byla p\u0159\u00edprava \u0159editel\u016f v \u010cesku a dopad jejich kvality na u\u010den\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed. Data ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee ve v\u00fdb\u011bru, vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u00e9\u010di o \u0159editele \u0161kol m\u00e1 \u010desk\u00fd vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m velk\u00e9 rezervy. Osobnost \u0159editele a jeho schopnost \u0159\u00eddit pedagogick\u00fd t\u00fdm m\u00e1 p\u0159itom p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd vliv na v\u00fdsledky vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A jak jsme na tom ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 si daly za c\u00edl podobn\u00e9 priority jako pro \u010desk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed nastavila Strategie 2030+?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>\u0158editel\u00e9 \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol i z\u00e1stupci \u0159editel\u016f v\u011bnuj\u00ed \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed kvality v\u00fduky p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 procent \u010dasu. V nejlep\u0161\u00edch vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch syst\u00e9mech je to 50 a\u017e 80 procent \u010dasu, tj. a\u017e \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce.<\/li><li>V\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu \u010desk\u00fdch \u0159editel\u016f zab\u00edr\u00e1 provoz \u0161koly, administrativa a extern\u00ed komunikace. Jen administrativa tvo\u0159\u00ed a\u017e 40 % jejich pracovn\u00edho vyt\u00ed\u017een\u00ed (pr\u016fm\u011br zem\u00ed OECD je 27 %).<\/li><li>\u0158editel\u00e9 ve funkci jsou oproti jejich koleg\u016fm v jin\u00fdch zem\u00edch m\u00e9n\u011b spokojen\u00ed se svou profes\u00ed. To se odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed i v mal\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu o vstup do t\u00e9to profese. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 do poloviny konkurz\u016f na m\u00edsto \u0159editele z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly se hl\u00e1s\u00ed jen jeden uchaze\u010d.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Co ale ud\u011blat pro to, abychom z \u0159editel\u016f \u0161kol ud\u011blali ty spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pedagogick\u00e9 l\u00eddry?
