Poj\u010fme si spole\u010dn\u011b shrnout v\u00fdhody, kter\u00e9 nov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed m\u011bstu p\u0159inese a tak\u00e9 d\u016fvody, kter\u00e9 veden\u00ed m\u011bsta k tomuto kroku vedly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed je spole\u010dn\u011b se stanic\u00ed v jihomoravsk\u00e9 B\u0159eclavi nejstar\u0161\u00edm n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm v \u010desk\u00fdch zem\u00edch. A\u010dkoli se jedn\u00e1 o vstupn\u00ed br\u00e1nu do druh\u00e9ho nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edho m\u011bsta \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky, jeho vzhled ani okol\u00ed tomuto faktu nenapov\u00edd\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spojen\u00ed s navazuj\u00edc\u00edm historick\u00fdm j\u00e1drem m\u011bsta a soused\u00edc\u00ed tramvajovou zast\u00e1vkou existuje v podstat\u011b pouze v podob\u011b podchodu, jen\u017e je nechvaln\u011b proslul\u00fd celkov\u00fdm neut\u011b\u0161en\u00fdm stavem. Z toho d\u016fvodu mnoho lid\u00ed rad\u011bji vol\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zkratku vedouc\u00ed p\u0159es vozovku a z\u00e1bradl\u00ed, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed ne zcela \u00fapln\u011b pochopitelnou bari\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velk\u00fdm probl\u00e9mem je v\u0161ak kapacita samotn\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ji\u017e neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 po\u017eadavk\u016fm dne\u0161n\u00ed doby a nen\u00ed p\u0159ipravena na budouc\u00ed napojen\u00ed moravsk\u00e9 metropole na s\u00ed\u0165 vysokorychlostn\u00ed \u017eeleznice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Za posledn\u00edch sto let se v podstat\u011b v ka\u017ed\u00e9m \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu objevovala varianta p\u0159esunu n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed sm\u011brem k \u0159ece. Tato varianta nakonec vyhr\u00e1la v debat\u011b o budoucnosti brn\u011bnsk\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed stanice. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je fakt, \u017ee nov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed bude vystav\u011bno v podstat\u011b na zelen\u00e9 louce. Stavba tedy nebude omezena limity st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed m\u011bstsk\u00e9 z\u00e1stavby a nebude v budoucnu doch\u00e1zet k takov\u00fdm omezen\u00edm provozu v centru m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Oproti p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 variant\u011b p\u0159esunu n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed pod Petrov dojde k jeho v\u00fdstavb\u011b o deset let d\u0159\u00edve. N\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed bude um\u00edst\u011bno ve v\u00fd\u0161ce sedm metr\u016f nad \u00farovn\u00ed okoln\u00edho ter\u00e9nu, a bude tedy velice snadno p\u0159ekonateln\u00e9. Sou\u010dasn\u00e9 um\u00edst\u011bn\u00ed dopravn\u00edho uzlu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v centru Brna sp\u00ed\u0161e bari\u00e9ru. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00edt\u011bzem architektonick\u00e9 sout\u011b\u017ee se stal n\u00e1vrh nizozemsk\u00e9ho studia Benthem Crouwel Architects, jen\u017e m\u00e1 s navrhov\u00e1n\u00edm stanic bohat\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti. Architekti stoj\u00ed za n\u00e1vrhy n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v Amsterdamu, Rotterdamu \u010di Utrechtu. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou jejich n\u00e1vrhu je jeho soulad s okol\u00edm a ekonomick\u00e1 proveditelnost. Modern\u00ed vzhled nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed tak\u00e9 odpov\u00edd\u00e1 v\u00fdznamu m\u011bsta Brna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V okol\u00ed nov\u00e9ho n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed v budoucnu vznikne zcela nov\u00e1 \u010dtvr\u0165 s n\u00e1zvem Trnit\u00e1, kter\u00e1 nab\u00eddne bydlen\u00ed pro deset a\u017e patn\u00e1ct tis\u00edc lid\u00ed. Jej\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed budou tak\u00e9 obchody, kav\u00e1rny, parky \u010di kancel\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 prostory. V r\u00e1mci nov\u00e9 \u010dtvrti vznikne tak\u00e9 \u0161irok\u00fd bulv\u00e1r, jen\u017e se bude podobat V\u00e1clavsk\u00e9mu n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed a bude spojnic\u00ed mezi n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00edm a historick\u00fdm centrem m\u011bsta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud v\u0161e dob\u0159e p\u016fjde, mohli bychom se do\u010dkat zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdstavby v roce 2028.
