Ty pos\u00edl\u00ed spolupr\u00e1ci \u0161kol a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch slu\u017eeb a roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed tak podp\u016frnou s\u00ed\u0165, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 pomoci ohro\u017een\u00fdm \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm a student\u016fm z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol, aby dostudovali.<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011br p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch odchod\u016f ze vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010cR (6,7 procent) je ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011br v EU (10,6 procent). Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 unie se tento pr\u016fm\u011br v letech 2010-2020 soustavn\u011b sni\u017eoval, \u010cesko v\u0161ak pat\u0159\u00ed mezi \u0161est v\u00fdjimek, kde naopak ve stejn\u00e9m obdob\u00ed do\u0161lo k n\u00e1r\u016fstu, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b o 2,7 procenta.<br>V\u00e1\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je stav v \u00dasteck\u00e9m a Karlovarsk\u00e9m kraji, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kolu zde nedokon\u010d\u00ed 15 student\u016f ze sta. V r\u00e1mci implementace Krajsk\u00e9ho ak\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu (iKAP II - Inovace ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed) nyn\u00ed na \u00fazem\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy odstartoval projekt, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch letech zdrojem dobr\u00e9 praxe v t\u00e9to oblasti pro ostatn\u00ed regiony. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eP\u0159esto\u017ee je situace s p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdmi odchody ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed hor\u0161\u00ed v jin\u00fdch kraj\u00edch, Praha nyn\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v r\u00e1mci sv\u00e9ho ak\u010dn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu program dob\u0159e odpilotovat a nastavit tak vzor pro \u0161koly po cel\u00e9 republice,\u201d \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 \u0159editelka \u010cesk\u00e9 asociace streetwork Martina Zikmundov\u00e1.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201eVz\u00e1jemnou spolupr\u00e1ci mezi kraji vn\u00edm\u00e1m jako nezbytnou pro to, abychom do budoucna nastavili prost\u0159ed\u00ed, v n\u011bm\u017e budou instituce p\u0159i rozvoji kvality \u0161kol postupovat spole\u010dn\u011b, a kde bude v\u0161em \u0161kol\u00e1m dostupn\u00e1 stejn\u011b kvalitn\u00ed podpora co nejbl\u00ed\u017e m\u00edstu jejich p\u016fsoben\u00ed,\u201d dopl\u0148uje ji mana\u017eer projektu iKAP Petr Valenta z Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho inova\u010dn\u00edho institutu, kter\u00fd se pod\u00edl\u00ed na p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b cel\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podstatou programu prevence p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch odchod\u016f ze vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jsou t\u00fdmy odborn\u00edk\u016f a odbornic z oblasti soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed pedagogiky. Tyto t\u00fdmy spole\u010dn\u011b s pedagogy \u0161kol vytvo\u0159\u00ed multidisciplin\u00e1rn\u00ed t\u00fdm lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed se vyskytuj\u00ed v podp\u016frn\u00e9 s\u00edti okolo d\u00edt\u011bte \u010di \u0161koly samotn\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201eCht\u011bli bychom, aby d\u011bti a mlad\u00ed m\u011bli mo\u017enost ve sv\u00e9 situaci postupovat komplexn\u011b, tedy aby ne\u0159e\u0161ili sv\u00e9 probl\u00e9my a t\u011b\u017ekosti na mnoha m\u00edstech a s mnoha lidmi. Spolupr\u00e1ce bude m\u00edt povahu case managementu, ve kter\u00e9m jsou d\u011bti i rodi\u010de aktivn\u011b zapojov\u00e1n\u00ed do rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed o vlastn\u00edm sm\u011b\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Proces case managementu umo\u017e\u0148uje koordinovat spolupr\u00e1ci v\u0161ech zapojen\u00fdch osob tak, aby byla pro \u017e\u00e1ky \u010di studenty rychlej\u0161\u00ed a efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inovac\u00edm ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se v\u011bnovalo tak\u00e9 diskuzn\u00ed setk\u00e1n\u00ed \u010cAS od \u010cASU v Knihovn\u011b V\u00e1clava Havla, kter\u00e9 se konalo 27.1. v 19:00.
