Po \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9m zaveden\u00ed celoplo\u0161n\u00e9ho sb\u011bru rostlinn\u00e9ho bioodpadu se nyn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159uje na bioodpady s\u00a0pod\u00edlem i \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9 slo\u017eky \u2013 tzv. gastroodpady. Po pilotn\u00edm projektu sb\u011bru tohoto typu odpadu v\u00a0podob\u011b kuchy\u0148sk\u00fdch zbytk\u016f rostlinn\u00e9ho i \u017eivo\u010di\u0161n\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu z\u00a0dom\u00e1cnost\u00ed nyn\u00ed Praha p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed se zaveden\u00edm svozu gastroodpadu ze \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen. Zapojit se mohou i soukrom\u00e9 subjekty, zejm\u00e9na j\u00eddelny a restaurace.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201ePod\u00edl biologicky rozlo\u017eiteln\u00e9ho odpadu, kter\u00fd lze d\u00e1le po vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edt, je v&nbsp;na\u0161em sm\u011bsn\u00e9m odpadu vysok\u00fd, tvo\u0159\u00ed 30 a\u017e 40 procent. Tento projekt je tak dal\u0161\u00edm kouskem do mozaiky, kter\u00e1 sm\u011b\u0159uje k&nbsp;c\u00edli sb\u00edrat tento druh odpadu na cel\u00e9m \u00fazem\u00ed m\u011bsta a vyu\u017e\u00edvat jej k&nbsp;produkci \u010dist\u00e9 energie a bioplynu. Jde tak o dal\u0161\u00ed krok na cest\u011b ke sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed CO<sub>2<\/sub> a napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed Klimatick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy. V\u011b\u0159\u00edm, \u017ee mo\u017enost zapojit se do syst\u00e9mu m\u011bsta vyu\u017eij\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed \u0161koly nebo restaurace a j\u00eddelny, kter\u00fdm nab\u00edz\u00edme mo\u017enost chovat se zodpov\u011bdn\u011b a podpo\u0159it principy cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomiky,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 Petr Hlubu\u010dek, n\u00e1m\u011bstek prim\u00e1tora pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt svozu gastroodpadu ze \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen byl zah\u00e1jen letos v&nbsp;z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed&nbsp;ve 28 \u0161kol\u00e1ch, jejich\u017e z\u0159izovatelem je Magistr\u00e1t hl. m. Prahy. Tyto \u0161koly jsou z\u00e1rove\u0148 provozovateli \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen. Nejprve se uskute\u010dnila administrativn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st projektu, kdy \u0161koly uzav\u0159ely s&nbsp;m\u011bstem smlouvy k&nbsp;zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed bezplatn\u00e9ho pravideln\u00e9ho svozu gastroodpadu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 byly rozvezeny sb\u011brn\u00e9 n\u00e1doby na gastroodpad o objemu 120 a 30 litr\u016f. Od \u0159\u00edjna pak odstartoval samotn\u00fd pravideln\u00fd svoz. Je organizov\u00e1n v&nbsp;r\u016fzn\u00fdch frekvenc\u00edch od 2x t\u00fddn\u011b a\u017e po 5x t\u00fddn\u011b podle velikosti stravovac\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, a to v\u00fdm\u011bnn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, tak\u017ee \u0161kola poka\u017ed\u00e9 obdr\u017e\u00ed \u010distou n\u00e1dobu. T\u00edm jsou zaji\u0161t\u011bny ve\u0161ker\u00e9 hygienick\u00e9 standardy. V\u0161echen svezen\u00fd gastroodpad bude n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyu\u017eit v&nbsp;bioplynov\u00e9 stanici.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do tohoto nov\u011b zaveden\u00e9ho syst\u00e9mu se mohou zapojit i jin\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 subjekty, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad komer\u010dn\u00ed j\u00eddelny a ostatn\u00ed restaura\u010dn\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159ipravovan\u00e9 strategie cirkul\u00e1rn\u00ed ekonomiky budeme na tuto oblast kl\u00e1st v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u016fraz a \u0161koln\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jsou pro eduka\u010dn\u00ed kampan\u011b ide\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u00edstem,\u201c <\/em>dopl\u0148uje n\u00e1m\u011bstek Petr Hlubu\u010dek.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201eV r\u00e1mci Klimatick\u00e9ho pl\u00e1nu Prahy je t\u0159eba \u0159e\u0161it celou \u0161k\u00e1lu agend, je\u017e pom\u00e1haj\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve m\u011bst\u011b.\u00a0Pra\u017esk\u00e9 \u0161koly se proto\u00a0sna\u017e\u00edme v\u00a0r\u00e1mci investi\u010dn\u00edch projekt\u016f podporovat nejen v\u00a0tom, aby v r\u00e1mci provozn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed\u00a0sni\u017eovaly nep\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 dopady na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed ve form\u011b energetick\u00fdch \u00faspor, ale i\u00a0t\u0159\u00eddily gastroodpad ze \u0161koln\u00edch j\u00eddelen. Sn\u00ed\u017e\u00edme\u00a0t\u00edm nejen sn\u00ed\u017eit celkov\u00fd objem komun\u00e1ln\u00edho odpadu, ale dokonce z\u00a0n\u011bj v\u00a0bioplynov\u00e9 stanici m\u016f\u017eeme vytvo\u0159it \u010distou bioenergii \u010di teplo.
