M\u016f\u017ee to napomoci vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdm vztah\u016fm a komunikaci,\u201d rad\u00ed psycholo\u017eka \u0160imotov\u00e1.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I digit\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie maj\u00ed sv\u00e1 rizika<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>U \u0161koln\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed u\u017e je pot\u0159eba vz\u00edt v \u00favahu to, \u017ee si um\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad vyhled\u00e1vat samy na internetu, kde se ukr\u00fdv\u00e1 potenci\u00e1ln\u011b \u0161kodliv\u00fd obsah a hrozby v podob\u011b ztr\u00e1ty soukrom\u00ed, hackersk\u00fdch \u00fatok\u016f, kyber\u0161ikany nebo sexu\u00e1ln\u00edch pred\u00e1tor\u016f. Digit\u00e1ln\u00ed technologie ale mohou d\u011bti negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovat i m\u00e9n\u011b n\u00e1padn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. Zarazit bychom se m\u011bli, pakli\u017ee si nejsme schopni ujasnit odpov\u011b\u010f na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed ot\u00e1zky:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- M\u00e1 d\u00edt\u011b dostatek kompenza\u010dn\u00edch aktivit, hlavn\u011b pohybu a \u010dasu str\u00e1ven\u00e9ho venku?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Netr\u00e1v\u00ed \u010das u obrazovek na \u00fakor sv\u00fdch \u0161koln\u00edch nebo dom\u00e1c\u00edch povinnost\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Hor\u0161\u00ed se v\u00fdrazn\u011b jeho prosp\u011bch a v\u00fdsledky ve \u0161kole?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- M\u011bn\u00ed se chov\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte? Z\u00e1klady programov\u00e1n\u00ed nebo pr\u00e1ci s grafick\u00fdmi programy si mohou vyzkou\u0161et prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm workshop\u016f nebo kurz\u016f ur\u010den\u00fdch pro danou v\u011bkovou kategorii.
