CTM m\u00e1 dva hlavn\u00ed projekty. Jedn\u00edm z nich jsou Objevitelsk\u00e9 soboty pro mlad\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti a druh\u00fdm je program CTM online, kter\u00fd je kompletn\u011b v angli\u010dtin\u011b. Jejich kurzy u\u017e pro\u0161ly tis\u00edce d\u011bt\u00ed. <em>\u201eDa\u0159\u00ed se n\u00e1m udr\u017eet devades\u00e1tiprocentn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost dokon\u010den\u00ed na\u0161ich kurz\u016f. Absolventi nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b CTM online z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed diplom s n\u00e1zvem AP Capstone Diploma, kter\u00fd jim pom\u00e1h\u00e1 k p\u0159ijet\u00ed na univerzity v\u0161ude po sv\u011bt\u011b,\u201c<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>\u0159editelka CTM Jeanne Bo\u010dkov\u00e1<\/strong>. Jak identifikuj\u00ed nadan\u00e9 d\u011bti, jak m\u016f\u017ee u\u010ditel podpo\u0159it talentovan\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b ve \u0161kole, kde v\u0161ude absolventi program\u016f studuj\u00ed a jak se program financuje,  odpov\u011bd\u011bla v rozhovoru pro Prahu \u0161kolskou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kolik d\u011bt\u00ed pro\u0161lo va\u0161imi kurzy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1me dva hlavn\u00ed programy. CTM online, co\u017e je v\u00fduka odborn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f v angli\u010dtin\u011b a s mo\u017enost\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, a tento program absolvovalo ur\u010dit\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159i tis\u00edce student\u016f. A ka\u017ed\u00fd rok tento po\u010det nar\u016fst\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Druh\u00fd program, kter\u00fd m\u00e1me, jsou Objevitelsk\u00e9 soboty pro d\u011bti od p\u011bti do \u010dtrn\u00e1cti let, tam je po\u010det d\u011bt\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce, nebo\u0165 je to semestr\u00e1ln\u00ed program a d\u011bti se programu \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed opakovan\u011b. T\u011bchto sobot se z\u00fa\u010dastnilo u\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e \u010dty\u0159i tis\u00edce \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak identifikujete nadan\u00e9 d\u011bti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>V\u00edce ne\u017e proces v\u00fdb\u011bru talentovan\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed je pro n\u00e1s d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jejich motivace, znalost angli\u010dtiny, tah na branku a schopnost dotahovat v\u011bci do konce.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Na Objevitelsk\u00e9 soboty \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd v\u00fdb\u011br neprob\u00edh\u00e1. V\u00fdb\u011br kurz\u016f je \u010dist\u011b na z\u00e1jmu d\u00edt\u011bte a skv\u011ble to funguje. Pokud d\u011btem kurz vyberou rodi\u010de a ono samo nen\u00ed pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kurz dostate\u010dn\u011b motivovan\u00e9, st\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee jej nebav\u00ed a zlob\u00ed. Pak je t\u0159eba zjistit, co by jej bavilo nejv\u00edce, a nab\u00eddnout zm\u011bnu, nap\u0159\u00edklad kdy\u017e jej v\u00edce zaj\u00edm\u00e1 programov\u00e1n\u00ed, navrhneme d\u00edt\u011bti i rodi\u010d\u016fm zm\u011bnu kurzu a v\u011bt\u0161inou to funguje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U CTM online programu, kde je v\u00fduka realizov\u00e1na v angli\u010dtin\u011b, je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm krit\u00e9riem znalost angli\u010dtiny a z\u00e1jem o konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed obor, p\u0159edm\u011bt. I tam je ale hlavn\u00ed, aby d\u00edt\u011b dan\u00fd program cht\u011blo absolvovat. Jedin\u00e1 selekce je v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy d\u011btem nab\u00edz\u00edme stipendia z dota\u010dn\u00edch program\u016f ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed pro nadan\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky z\u00e1kladn\u00edch a st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol. Pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed stipendia mus\u00ed m\u00edt student doporu\u010den\u00ed \u0161koly. Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed tedy pro n\u00e1s je, aby se d\u00edt\u011b cht\u011blo vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat a dotahovalo v\u011bci do konce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u011bkter\u00e9 d\u011bti maj\u00ed d\u00e1no, \u017ee ve \u0161kole jim u\u010divo jde samo a nemus\u00ed pro to moc d\u011blat. Jakmile ale p\u0159ijdou do na\u0161ich kurz\u016f, kde opravdu mus\u00ed v\u011bnovat \u010das p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b, m\u016f\u017ee to pro n\u011b b\u00fdt probl\u00e9m, p\u0159esto\u017ee IQ i talent maj\u00ed vysok\u00fd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Co m\u016f\u017ee ud\u011blat u\u010ditel, m\u00e1-li ve sv\u00e9 t\u0159\u00edd\u011b nadpr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b nadan\u00e9 nebo talentovan\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b? Jak jej zaujmout, aby se v hodin\u00e1ch nenudilo?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tyhle d\u011bti pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup. Abych uvedla p\u0159\u00edklad, zaj\u00edm\u00e1-li se n\u011bjak\u00fd chlapec t\u0159eba o letadla, m\u016f\u017eu mu vymyslet matematick\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad, kter\u00fd tohle v sob\u011b obsahuje a nen\u00e1padn\u011b mu tak podstr\u010d\u00edm oboj\u00ed. D\u011bti maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 velk\u00fd z\u00e1jem diskutovat svoje z\u00e1jmy se star\u0161\u00edmi d\u011btmi nebo dosp\u011bl\u00fdmi, tak\u017ee jej u\u010ditel m\u016f\u017ee poslat do v\u00fduky ke star\u0161\u00edm d\u011btem nebo doporu\u010dit aktivity pro nadan\u00e9 d\u011bti, nap\u0159\u00edklad objevitelsk\u00e9 programy, a umo\u017enit jim se t\u011bmto aktivit\u00e1m nad r\u00e1mec b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 v\u00fduky v\u011bnovat i p\u0159\u00edmo ve \u0161kole. Dal\u0161\u00ed mo\u017enost\u00ed je i nechat d\u00edt\u011b p\u0159ipravit si n\u011bjak\u00fd program, kter\u00fd vysv\u011btl\u00ed sv\u00fdm spolu\u017e\u00e1k\u016fm, ale ne, aby dou\u010dovalo nebo plnilo roli asistenta pro slab\u0161\u00ed spolu\u017e\u00e1ky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak je to s financov\u00e1n\u00edm va\u0161ich program\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kurzy jsou placen\u00e9.&nbsp; Pro CTM Online ka\u017ed\u00fd rok \u017e\u00e1d\u00e1me v r\u00e1mci dota\u010dn\u00edho programu ministerstva \u0161kolstv\u00ed o stipendia, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sni\u017euje kurzovn\u00e9.&nbsp; Jde o 2500 a\u017e 4000 korun, co\u017e nejsou zanedbateln\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Oslovujeme i \u0161koly, aby informovaly studenty a rodi\u010de, \u017ee takov\u00fd program existuje a \u017ee mohou z\u00edskat stipendium, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eila finan\u010dn\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e pro rodiny. Rodi\u010de \u010dasto vyd\u00e1vaj\u00ed nemal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky za krou\u017eky a kdy\u017e to spo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1te za cel\u00fd rok, ty \u010d\u00e1stky jsou obdobn\u00e9 jako je kurzovn\u00e9 v na\u0161ich programech. Naopak s CTM m\u016f\u017ee na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed dos\u00e1hnout mnohem v\u00edce d\u011bt\u00ed, a nemus\u00ed p\u0159itom b\u00fdt studenty soukrom\u00fdch \u0161kol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak je to u d\u011bt\u00ed ze slab\u0161\u00edch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vrstev? Maj\u00ed v\u016fbec \u0161anci se do va\u0161ich program\u016f dostat?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b ano. Pokud to d\u00edt\u011b je nadan\u00e9, \u0161kola by jej m\u011bla doporu\u010dit do pedagogicko-psychologick\u00e9 poradny a existuj\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 \u0161kola m\u016f\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edt. \u0158ada \u0161kol m\u00e1 tak\u00e9 svoje fondy, prost\u0159edky ze Sdru\u017een\u00ed rodi\u010d\u016f a p\u0159\u00e1tel \u0161koly, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b dal\u0161\u00ed, a mohou tak student\u016fm p\u0159isp\u011bt. I n\u011bkter\u00e9 regiony maj\u00ed prost\u0159edky na podporu nadan\u00fdch d\u011bt\u00ed. Ale mus\u00ed rodi\u010d tyhle z\u00e1le\u017eitosti prodiskutovat se \u0161kolou. A pokud jsou to d\u011bti, jejich\u017e rodiny pob\u00edraj\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00ed d\u00e1vky, mohou dostat soci\u00e1ln\u00ed stipendium od n\u00e1s, kter\u00e9 sice nepokryje cel\u00fd kurz, ale d\u00e1 se naskl\u00e1dat spole\u010dn\u011b s dal\u0161\u00edmi prost\u0159edky. D\u00edt\u011b ale mus\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u011b prok\u00e1zat svoji motivaci. M\u00e1me i studenta, kter\u00fd obeslal v\u0161echny poslance a politiky ve sv\u00e9m regionu a poda\u0159ilo se mu z\u00edskat prost\u0159edky. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed chod\u00ed na brig\u00e1dy, aby vypomohli rodin\u011b s financov\u00e1n\u00edm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak ovlivnila pandemie koronaviru va\u0161e kurzy?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Objevitelsk\u00fd program, kter\u00fd byl p\u016fvodn\u011b prezen\u010dn\u00ed, jsme museli p\u0159ev\u00e9st kompletn\u011b do online prost\u0159ed\u00ed a \u00fapln\u011b jej zm\u011bnit. P\u0159ibyly n\u00e1m jak nov\u00e9 d\u011bti ze v\u0161ech kout\u016f republiky, kter\u00fdm to umo\u017enila online podoba kurz\u016f, \u0159ada d\u011bt\u00ed ale tak\u00e9 svoji aktivitu ukon\u010dila, proto\u017ee rodi\u010de necht\u011bli, aby d\u011bti tr\u00e1vily na po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u00edch dal\u0161\u00ed \u010das nav\u00edc, kdy\u017e maj\u00ed online v\u00fduku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U CTM online jsme m\u011bli n\u00e1r\u016fst student\u016f. Na za\u010d\u00e1tku \u0161koln\u00edho roku jsme se ob\u00e1vali, aby studenti nebyli p\u0159ehlceni distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdukou ze sv\u00fdch \u0161kol, ale celkov\u011b to nakonec dopadlo l\u00edp, ne\u017e jsme o\u010dek\u00e1vali. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed studenti sice svoji \u00fa\u010dast vzdali, ale je jich opravdu m\u00e1lo a da\u0159\u00ed se n\u00e1m dr\u017eet devades\u00e1tiprocentn\u00ed \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nost dokon\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed kurz\u016f, a to v obdob\u00ed distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky pova\u017eujeme opravdu za \u00fasp\u011bch. U star\u0161\u00edch d\u011bt\u00ed v\u0161e bylo hodn\u011b z\u00e1visl\u00e9 na tom, jak n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd program jim nastavila jejich \u0161kola. Podm\u00ednky student\u016f se velmi li\u0161ily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Zjistili jsme tak\u00e9, \u017ee \u0159ad\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed online v\u00fduka naprosto vyhovuje zejm\u00e9na v tom, \u017ee si mohou l\u00e9pe organizovat \u010das, u\u0161et\u0159\u00ed \u010das doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm a mohou si do sv\u00e9ho programu za\u010dlenit dal\u0161\u00ed aktivity.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nemaj\u00ed d\u011bti probl\u00e9m p\u0159i vstupu do va\u0161ich pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edch kurz\u016f s angli\u010dtinou?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Angli\u010dtina je v CTM online programu z\u00e1klad. V na\u0161ich za\u010d\u00e1tc\u00edch jsme m\u011bli programy nastaven\u00e9 pro star\u0161\u00ed d\u011bti, zhruba ve druh\u00e9m a t\u0159et\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly. Zjistili jsme, \u017ee studenti maj\u00ed obavy z angli\u010dtiny. Tak\u017ee jsme roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159ili \u0161k\u00e1lu nab\u00eddky na programy pro juniory, kter\u00e9 jsou pro d\u011bti od zhruba jeden\u00e1cti let a kter\u00e9 jsou malinko jednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ale zam\u011b\u0159en\u00e9 tak, aby se d\u011bti sezn\u00e1mily s odbornou angli\u010dtinou, kterou budou pozd\u011bji pot\u0159ebovat v pokro\u010dilej\u0161\u00edch kurzech. D\u011bti se otrkaj\u00ed a p\u0159echod do nich zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed skv\u011ble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem ov\u011b\u0159ujete znalosti d\u011bt\u00ed ve va\u0161ich kurzech?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Testov\u00e1n\u00ed znalost\u00ed realizujeme pouze v programu CTM online. Ka\u017ed\u00fd kurz m\u00e1 v sob\u011b zakomponovan\u00e9 kv\u00edzy, testy, opakov\u00e1n\u00ed, pololetn\u00ed a z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 testy. Jde o kompletn\u00ed program, jako by ho studenti absolvovali na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161kole. Studenti, kte\u0159\u00ed si vyberou tu nejn\u00e1ro\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u00farove\u0148 kurz\u016f, tzv. Advanced Placement (AP), krom\u011b toho, \u017ee kon\u010d\u00ed zkou\u0161kami v na\u0161em kurzu, se z\u00e1rove\u0148 p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, kter\u00e9 skl\u00e1daj\u00ed v kv\u011btnu spole\u010dn\u011b se statis\u00edci studenty z cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak bu\u010f jednotliv\u00e9 mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed AP zkou\u0161ky s mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed platnost\u00ed nebo dokonce mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed diplom s n\u00e1zvem AP Capstone Diploma. Tyto zkou\u0161ky jim pak v\u00fdrazn\u011b pom\u00e1haj\u00ed k p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m na univerzity v\u0161ude po sv\u011bt\u011b. U\u010d\u00ed se krom\u011b odborn\u00fdch znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed tak\u00e9 m\u011bkk\u00e9 dovednosti, jako ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bc\u00ed v souvislostech, kritick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, pr\u00e1ci s \u010dasem a komunikaci. Program AP a zejm\u00e9na AP Capstone Diploma lze p\u0159irovnat k IB, International Baccalaureate, kter\u00fd je v Evrop\u011b zn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e AP program. AP je ale flexibiln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a finan\u010dn\u011b dostupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Je to pro n\u011b potom v\u00fdhoda p\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch na vysok\u00e9 \u0161koly?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednozna\u010dn\u011b, zkou\u0161ky jsou uzn\u00e1van\u00e9 v p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a v\u017edy je posunou v p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm \u017eeb\u0159\u00ed\u010dku. Postupn\u011b oslovujeme fakulty v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice a s t\u00edmto syst\u00e9mem je seznamujeme. Nap\u0159\u00edklad na Matematicko-fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed fakult\u011b Univerzity Karlovy, L\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00e9 fakult\u011b Masarykovy univerzity nebo na Institutu ekonomick\u00fdch studi\u00ed Fakulty soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bd Univerzity Karlovy a \u0159ad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch za AP zkou\u0161ky d\u00e1vaj\u00ed body nav\u00edc p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edj\u00edmac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a studenty to posune na prvn\u00ed m\u00edsta. A pro zahrani\u010dn\u00ed univerzity je uzn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed AP nejen v p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edm \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed a pro studenty tedy velkou v\u00fdhodou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1te n\u011bjak\u00e9 zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 absolventy va\u0161ich program\u016f, nap\u0159\u00edklad na zahrani\u010dn\u00edch univerzit\u00e1ch?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na webov\u00fdch str\u00e1nk\u00e1ch m\u00e1me <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ctm-academy.cz\/absolventi\"> mapu absolvent\u016f<\/a>. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 procent student\u016f, na\u0161ich absolvent\u016f, studuje v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, a \u010dasto vyj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed na krat\u0161\u00ed zahrani\u010dn\u00ed st\u00e1\u017ee.\u00a0 \u0158ada na\u0161ich absolvent\u016f studuje na univerzit\u00e1ch v Evrop\u011b, obl\u00edben\u00e9 je Holandsko, Velk\u00e1 Brit\u00e1nie, mimo Evropu i v USA. Hodn\u011b z nich se uch\u00e1z\u00ed o stipendia, jsou zde nadace, kter\u00e9 je v tom podporuj\u00ed. Pokud by n\u011bkter\u00e9ho ze student\u016f zaj\u00edmalo, jak se nap\u0159\u00edklad n\u011bkter\u00fd z na\u0161ich absolvent\u016f p\u0159ipravoval na zkou\u0161ky na zahrani\u010dn\u00ed univerzitu, m\u016f\u017ee se pod\u00edvat do mapy absolvent\u016f a my jej se studentem propoj\u00edme.
