Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm faktorem obecn\u011b je spektakul\u00e1rn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 dynamika zm\u011bn, kter\u00e1 vede k prom\u011bnlivosti \u017eivota, od jednotlivost\u00ed v\u0161edn\u00edho dne, jako je zp\u016fsob prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed pr\u00e1ce \u010di tr\u00e1ven\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu, p\u0159es prom\u011bnlivost kari\u00e9rn\u00ed \u010di prom\u011bnlivost soci\u00e1ln\u00edch rol\u00ed a\u017e po \u201etekutost\u201c. To v\u00fdznamn\u011b zvy\u0161uje zejm\u00e9na pot\u0159ebu znalost\u00ed a dovednost\u00ed v oblasti psychosoci\u00e1ln\u00ed, od schopnosti zvl\u00e1dat digit\u00e1ln\u00ed existenci na \u00farovni bezpe\u010dnosti \u010di pr\u00e1ce s informacemi, dovednost ch\u00e1pat vliv prom\u011bnlivosti na soci\u00e1ln\u00ed vztahy nebo pot\u0159ebu neust\u00e1le se u\u010dit nov\u00fdm dovednostem, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebujeme k napl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed profesn\u00edch n\u00e1rok\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Z hlediska v\u00fdchovy a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je t\u0159eba br\u00e1t v potaz nutn\u00e9 zaost\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jejich institucion\u00e1ln\u00ed vrstvy, tedy nesporn\u00fd fakt, \u017ee \u0161kola se nedok\u00e1\u017ee dostate\u010dn\u011b rychle vypo\u0159\u00e1dat s tempem prom\u011bnlivosti, nedok\u00e1\u017ee zhodnotit d\u016fle\u017eitost zm\u011bn adaptovat se tam, kde je to \u017e\u00e1douc\u00ed, \u010di naopak pos\u00edlit tu \u010d\u00e1st pedagogick\u00e9ho p\u016fsoben\u00ed, kter\u00e1 je kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed a kter\u00e1 nen\u00ed dot\u010dena vlivem technologick\u00e9 zm\u011bny, ba naopak je j\u00ed zes\u00edlena.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b tak m\u00e1me expiruj\u00edc\u00ed znalostn\u00ed obsah vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, obsah, kter\u00fd jednak prod\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1 aktualizaci a je dostupn\u00fd nez\u00e1visle na \u0161kole. To je v\u011bt\u0161ina znalost\u00ed ve \u0161koln\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011btech. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b je dovednost kriticky uva\u017eovat a hodnotov\u00e1 b\u00e1ze tvo\u0159en\u00e1 liber\u00e1ln\u011b demokratick\u00fdm pojet\u00edm pr\u00e1v, svobod a odpov\u011bdnosti a solidarity. \u0160kolstv\u00ed se sna\u017e\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b \u2013 a ne\u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b \u2013 klopotn\u011b aktualizovat znalosti a st\u00e1le p\u0159itom zaost\u00e1v\u00e1. Vedle toho ov\u0161em v\u00fdznamn\u011b pom\u00edj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b hodnotovou b\u00e1zi a b\u00e1zi \u201eu\u010den\u00ed k my\u0161len\u00ed\u201c, kter\u00e1 je pro udr\u017een\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00e9 prosperity nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Ob\u00e1v\u00e1m se, \u017ee n\u00e1vrh toho, jak pos\u00edlit informatick\u00e9 my\u0161len\u00ed, jde pr\u00e1v\u011b v tomto duchu. By\u0165 jde o metodu, tedy metodu efektivn\u00edho hled\u00e1n\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, kter\u00e9 prom\u011bnlivost p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed logicky v mno\u017estv\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e mal\u00e9m, nakl\u00e1d\u00e1 se s n\u00ed jako s \u201ep\u0159edm\u011btem\u201c, jako s \u010d\u00edmsi obsahov\u00fdm. Proto se tak\u00e9 k tomu vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed \u010dasoprostor v podob\u011b hodinov\u00e9 dotace m\u00edsto snahy o to, aby metoda byla vyu\u017eita v pr\u00e1ci s obsahem. Metodu m\u016f\u017eete vyu\u017e\u00edt v matematice, ve v\u00fdtvarn\u00e9 v\u00fdchov\u011b nebo ciz\u00edm jazyce. K tomu ale tato snaha dle m\u00e9ho nesm\u011b\u0159uje. Jde o opakov\u00e1n\u00ed chyby, kter\u00e1 sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o tom, \u017ee vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed k informatick\u00e9mu my\u0161len\u00ed nebylo dob\u0159e pochopeno t\u011bmi, kdo se ho sna\u017e\u00ed podporovat. K individualizaci vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve prosp\u011bch jedince i celku. K tomu jsme zat\u00edm, podle v\u0161eho, nedosp\u011bli. A je ot\u00e1zka, zda je toho vlastn\u011b vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed syst\u00e9m ve sv\u00e9m celku schopen. Domn\u00edv\u00e1m se, \u017ee ano, ale znamenalo by to radik\u00e1ln\u00ed zm\u011bnu p\u0159\u00edstupu ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, schopnost nach\u00e1zet ty pozitivn\u00ed deviace, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebu v\u00fdchovy a vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed ve 21. stolet\u00ed zvl\u00e1dly, a snahu je systemizovat. Znamenalo by to pochopiteln\u011b v\u00fdznamnou zm\u011bnu v investic\u00edch do vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Znamenalo by to v\u00fdznamnou zm\u011bnu ve v\u00fdb\u011bru a p\u0159\u00edprav\u011b u\u010ditel\u016f a \u0159editel\u016f. Znamenalo by to \u00fapln\u011b jin\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdm zkou\u0161k\u00e1m.
