IT gymn\u00e1zium s\u00eddl\u00ed v prvorepublikov\u00e9 vile v Satalic\u00edch na okraji metropole. \u0160koln\u00e9 zde sice \u010din\u00ed 100 tis\u00edc korun ro\u010dn\u011b, ale u\u017e p\u0159i prvn\u00edch p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edch zkou\u0161k\u00e1ch se na \u0161kolu hl\u00e1sila stovka uchaze\u010d\u016f. Zakladatelka Fibigerov\u00e1 se k vystudovan\u00e9 profesi pedagoga vr\u00e1tila a\u017e po dvaceti letech praxe v IT, kde z\u00edskala spoustu cenn\u00fdch kontakt\u016f, d\u00edky nim\u017e na jej\u00ed \u0161kole vyu\u010duje \u0159ada odborn\u00edk\u016f z praxe. Jak se j\u00ed da\u0159\u00ed bojovat s p\u0159edsudky, \u017ee soukrom\u00e9 \u0161koly nejsou tak kvalitn\u00ed, jako ty st\u00e1tn\u00ed? Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed k n\u00e1m p\u0159ijdou, velmi rychle poc\u00edt\u00ed tu svobodnou a pozitivn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru, v\u0159elost a odbornost. To je jedin\u00fd efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak m\u016f\u017eete n\u011bkoho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v rozhovoru pro web Praha \u0161kolsk\u00e1.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d jste zakl\u00e1dala zrovna gymn\u00e1zium se zam\u011b\u0159en\u00edm na IT?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. IT gymn\u00e1zium jsem zalo\u017eila s viz\u00ed nab\u00eddnout ve\u0159ejnosti opravdu modern\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u00e1m v IT oboru dvacetiletou zku\u0161enost. Rozhodla jsem se vybudovat \u0161kolu, kde se bude u\u010dit s nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm akcentem na porozum\u011bn\u00ed dne\u0161n\u00edmu sv\u011btu, s respektem ke v\u0161em \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016fm ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm procesu, \u0161kolu, kam budou v\u0161ichni r\u00e1di chodit a jej\u00ed\u017e absolventi budou moct vstupovat do \u017eivota s \u00fapln\u011b jinou startovac\u00ed pozic\u00ed, ne\u017e je u n\u00e1s po maturit\u011b na gymn\u00e1ziu b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, proto\u017ee budou opravdu n\u011bco um\u011bt. Po vystudov\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 fakulty jsem neza\u010dala u\u010dit \u010desk\u00fd jazyk a d\u011bjepis, jak by se asi \u010dekalo, ale nastoupila jsem do v\u00fdvoj\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 firmy, respektive s budouc\u00edm \u0161vagrem a m\u00fdm budouc\u00edm mu\u017eem jsme za\u010dali podnikat u\u017e p\u0159i studiu na vysok\u00e9, tak\u017ee jsem jen pokra\u010dovala v rozd\u011blan\u00e9 pr\u00e1ci. Ze st\u00e1tnic jsem rovnou odch\u00e1zela na obchodn\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. Zpo\u010d\u00e1tku \u2013 zhruba b\u011bhem t\u0159et\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edku na vysok\u00e9 \u0161kole \u2013 jsem neum\u011bla t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nic, ale postupn\u011b jsem se nau\u010dila programovat a \u010dasem jsem skon\u010dila u \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v\u00fdvoje aplikac\u00ed a syst\u00e9m\u016f a fungovala jako team leader, t\u00e9\u017e v roli architekta, tedy n\u011bkoho, kdo navrhuje \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a \u0159e\u0161\u00ed integrace. V\u017edy m\u011b k tomu bavilo pracovat s lidmi, p\u0159ipravovala jsem v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 spole\u010densk\u00e9 a sportovn\u00ed akce ve firm\u011b, p\u0159ij\u00edmala nov\u00e9 kolegy a zau\u010dovala je. Po dvaceti letech ve firm\u011b jsem dostala chu\u0165 pustit se do n\u011b\u010deho nov\u00e9ho, smyslupln\u00e9ho, kde vyu\u017eiji v\u0161e, co um\u00edm.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ve firm\u011b u\u017e tedy nepracujete, nebo se d\u00e1 st\u00edhat veden\u00ed \u0161koly i s dal\u0161\u00ed prac\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S na\u0161\u00ed firmou jsem st\u00e1le ve spojen\u00ed, je to nutn\u00e9 i proto, aby moje \u0161kola nezakrn\u011bla a sledovala technologick\u00e9 trendy. IT pronik\u00e1 do v\u0161ech odv\u011btv\u00ed, technologie jsou v\u0161ude, dnes se bez nich neobejdete t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9m oboru.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jsem p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00e1, \u017ee na\u0161i absolventi, pokud budou cht\u00edt, budou m\u00edt mo\u017enost j\u00edt studovat cokoliv, co budou cht\u00edt a k tomu se rovnou budou schopni sami u\u017eivit (zn\u00e1m velmi dob\u0159e pom\u011bry ve firm\u00e1ch a v\u00edm, jak\u00fd je hlad po schopn\u00fdch a k tomu IT gramotn\u00fdch lidech). Budou tak moct b\u00fdt ve sv\u00fdch devaten\u00e1cti letech finan\u010dn\u011b nez\u00e1visl\u00ed na rodi\u010d\u00edch a svobodn\u00ed ve sv\u00fdch dal\u0161\u00edch volb\u00e1ch.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Soukrom\u00e9 \u0161koly mus\u00ed \u010dasto bojovat s p\u0159edsudky, \u017ee nejsou stejn\u011b kvalitn\u00ed jako st\u00e1tn\u00ed, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se d\u00e1 rodi\u010de a d\u011bti p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit, \u017ee tohle neplat\u00ed?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jednodu\u0161e t\u00edm, \u017ee to d\u011bl\u00e1te dob\u0159e. Lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed k n\u00e1m p\u0159ijdou, velmi rychle poc\u00edt\u00ed tu svobodnou a pozitivn\u00ed atmosf\u00e9ru, v\u0159elost a odbornost k tomu. To je jedin\u00fd efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak m\u016f\u017eete n\u011bkoho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dit. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee p\u0159edsudky v\u016f\u010di soukrom\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m u\u017e postupn\u011b miz\u00ed, je to i proto, \u017ee jsou tu mnoh\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 d\u011blaj\u00ed dob\u0159e svoji pr\u00e1ci a d\u011bti, kter\u00e9 tam chod\u00ed, pot\u00e9 nesm\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed do st\u00e1tn\u00edch st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol, proto\u017ee jsou zvykl\u00e9 na jin\u00fd zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce a my\u0161len\u00ed a tak\u00e9 na respektuj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1jem o na\u0161i \u0161kolu je o\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd, hlavn\u011b mezi lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou z oboru a kte\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad znaj\u00ed m\u011b, t\u011bmto lidem je \u00fapln\u011b jasn\u00e9, co nab\u00edz\u00edme a v\u011bt\u0161inou polo\u017e\u00ed jen p\u00e1r kontroln\u00edch dotaz\u016f. U \u0161irok\u00e9 ve\u0159ejnosti je z\u00e1jem p\u0159im\u011b\u0159en\u00fd tomu, \u017ee jsme \u00fapln\u011b nov\u00e1 \u0161kola, pro mnoh\u00e9 je to krok do nezn\u00e1ma, na\u0161e ve\u0159ejnost je pom\u011brn\u011b konzervativn\u00ed ve v\u00fdb\u011bru \u0161kol, proto nakonec vol\u00ed klasiku, a to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee ji tak moc kritizuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak moc je oblast IT l\u00e1kav\u00e1 pro dne\u0161n\u00ed d\u011bti?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Velmi, jsou s technologiemi p\u0159irozen\u011b spjat\u00e9. P\u0159edstava, \u017ee \u201eaj\u0165\u00e1k\u201c je n\u011bjak\u00fd mimozem\u0161\u0165an, je t\u011bmto d\u011btem \u00fapln\u011b ciz\u00ed, to si mysl\u00ed \u010dasto generace jejich rodi\u010d\u016f a prarodi\u010d\u016f a t\u00edm je ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed. Pro dne\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1ctilet\u00e9 jsou program\u00e1to\u0159i cool t\u0159eba i proto, \u017ee vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed spoustu pen\u011bz, nav\u00edc jsou to opravdu u\u017e lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed vedou aktivn\u00ed \u017eivot, sportuj\u00ed a jsou \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed. Dne\u0161n\u00ed n\u00e1ctilet\u00ed sleduj\u00ed youtubery a v\u0161emo\u017en\u00e9 influencery, a to jsou op\u011bt osoby v\u011bt\u0161inou velmi technicky schopn\u00e9 \u2013 u\u017e jen t\u00edm, \u017ee si svoje videa nejd\u0159\u00edv museli sest\u0159\u00edhat a pak je \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b publikovat na soci\u00e1ln\u00edch s\u00edt\u00edch, k tomu pot\u0159ebujete spoustu dovednost\u00ed. Vid\u00ed okolo sebe velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed startup\u016f a v nich op\u011bt hraj\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou roli technologie. K tomu sleduj\u00ed svoje rodi\u010de, a p\u0159esn\u011b poznaj\u00ed, kdy se jen vymlouvaj\u00ed, proto\u017ee jsou t\u0159eba u\u017eivatelsky neschopn\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Narozd\u00edl od p\u0159edchoz\u00edch generac\u00ed um\u011bj\u00ed tyto d\u011bti velmi dob\u0159e anglicky u\u017e v t\u011bch patn\u00e1cti letech, kdy k n\u00e1m p\u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00ed. A to nemaj\u00ed \u010dasto ze \u0161koly, ale daleko sp\u00ed\u0161e naposlouch\u00e1no z youtube vide\u00ed a \u201cnapa\u0159eno\u201d z po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00fdch her. Jsou rychl\u00ed, \u010dasto jsou povrchn\u00ed (jak kte\u0159\u00ed) a nebudou ztr\u00e1cet \u010das poslouch\u00e1n\u00edm va\u0161eho zaj\u00edmav\u00e9ho, ale zdlouhav\u00e9ho v\u00fdkladu, proto\u017ee mo\u017en\u00e1 intuitivn\u011b v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee na to v budoucnu nebudou m\u00edt \u010das. Tyto d\u011bti se ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b budou muset extr\u00e9mn\u011b rychle u\u010dit nov\u00fdm v\u011bcem a budou se muset rychle orientovat. A na to by m\u011blo b\u00fdt zam\u011b\u0159eno na\u0161e vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Nehl\u00e1s\u00ed se na va\u0161i \u0161kolu p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b kluci?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ano, hl\u00e1s\u00ed, je to d\u00e1no z velk\u00e9 m\u00edry spole\u010densk\u00fdmi stereotypy. D\u00edvky chod\u00ed na p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dky v\u011bt\u0161inou s velk\u00fdmi obavami. Pravda je ale takov\u00e1, \u017ee jsou u n\u00e1s pozd\u011bji moc spokojen\u00e9, proto\u017ee je tu dobr\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra, nec\u00edt\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd tlak na v\u00fdkon a vyhovuje jim zp\u016fsob pr\u00e1ce, kter\u00fd u n\u00e1s m\u00e1me. Nav\u00edc jim jde programov\u00e1n\u00ed a jsou schopn\u00e9 uva\u017eovat \u00fapln\u011b jinak ne\u017e kluci, dob\u0159e se to dopl\u0148uje. D\u00edvky p\u0159irozen\u011b inklinuj\u00ed k tomu vytv\u00e1\u0159et mil\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a efektivn\u00ed mezilidsk\u00e9 vztahy, nesoupe\u0159\u00ed, to je to, co je nejen v IT, ale vlastn\u011b v\u0161ude, pot\u0159eba.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U\u010d\u00edte p\u0159edm\u011bty nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d obory, jak tohle \u017e\u00e1k\u016fm vyhovuje? Inspirovali jste se n\u011bkde v zahrani\u010d\u00ed t\u00edmto modelem? A jak\u00e9 jsou ohlasy od student\u016f a rodi\u010d\u016f?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u017d\u00e1ci si na to rychle zvyknou, m\u00e1me vlastn\u00ed p\u0159edm\u011bty: humanities, science, informatiku, dva sv\u011btov\u00e9 jazyky a sport a zdrav\u00ed, nicm\u00e9n\u011b i tyto p\u0159edm\u011bty \u010dasto propojujeme. \u010clenit dnes obsah do p\u0159edm\u011bt\u016f n\u00e1m p\u0159ijde jako p\u0159e\u017eitek, v\u011bt\u0161ina t\u00e9mat m\u00e1 mezioborov\u00fd p\u0159esah.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pokud chcete prob\u00edrat nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u00e9mata okolo um\u011bl\u00e9 inteligence, kam to za\u0159ad\u00edte? U n\u00e1s nap\u0159\u00edklad ani nezvon\u00ed, nem\u00e1me a\u017e tak pevn\u011b dan\u00fd denn\u00ed \u0159\u00e1d, to znamen\u00e1, nen\u00ed probl\u00e9m n\u011bco prot\u00e1hnout, pokud je pot\u0159eba. Zveme si i \u010dasto extern\u00ed hosty, kte\u0159\u00ed u n\u00e1s \u010dasto z\u016fstanou d\u00e9le, ne\u017e bylo domluveno, proto\u017ee se rozvine natolik plodn\u00e1 diskuze, \u017ee ji nechceme ukon\u010dovat. Kurikulum si p\u0159ipravujeme sami, ni\u010d\u00edm konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm jsme se neinspirovali, jenom sledujeme, jak se jinde ve sv\u011bt\u011b u\u010d\u00ed a m\u00e1me t\u00e9\u017e zku\u0161enosti s t\u00edm, jak vypad\u00e1 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u0159eba ve firm\u00e1ch. Ohlasy od rodi\u010d\u016f m\u00e1me velmi dobr\u00e9, je kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 \u010d\u00edst, jak v\u00e1m dr\u017e\u00ed palce a jak by k v\u00e1m sami cht\u011bli chodit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Po\u0159\u00e1dali jste v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce pouze \u0161koln\u00ed kolo p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dek, byl zn\u00e1t n\u011bjak\u00fd rozd\u00edl oproti lo\u0148sk\u00e9mu roku?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pro n\u00e1s byl hlavn\u00ed rozd\u00edl v tom, \u017ee jsme m\u011bli dokon\u010denou budovu. Vloni u n\u00e1s prob\u00edhala stavba, tedy kompletn\u00ed rekonstrukce a v dob\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dek jsme m\u011bli zprovozn\u011bnou jenom prvn\u00ed vzorovou u\u010debnu. P\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dk\u00e1ch bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee p\u0159i\u0161el do m\u00edstnosti stavbyvedouc\u00ed a pot\u0159eboval n\u011bco vy\u0159e\u0161it, \u00fapln\u011b v pohod\u011b jsme to tam zakomponovali. Vedli jsme se v\u0161emi uchaze\u010di individu\u00e1ln\u00ed hodinov\u00e9 pohovory, do druh\u00e9ho kola se n\u00e1m jich p\u0159ihl\u00e1sila bezm\u00e1la stovka, um\u00edte si tedy p\u0159edstavit ten rozsah \u2013 str\u00e1vili jsme \u010dtrn\u00e1ct dn\u00ed od osmi od r\u00e1na do \u0161esti hodin do ve\u010dera jen p\u0159ij\u00edmac\u00edmi pohovory.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Letos jsme pozvali uchaze\u010de do prvn\u00edho kola najednou, tedy rozd\u011blili jsme je do dvou dn\u016f. Uchaze\u010di v pr\u016fb\u011bhu cel\u00e9ho dopoledne d\u011blali pomysln\u00e9 kole\u010dko po \u0161kole, v ka\u017ed\u00e9 u\u010debn\u011b na n\u011b \u010dekal jeden u\u010ditel, aby se jich zeptal na p\u0159edem domluven\u00e1 t\u00e9mata, posledn\u00ed zast\u00e1vka byla u m\u011b, jako u \u0159editelky, respektive sed\u011bly jsme tam je\u0161t\u011b s kolegyn\u00ed a s IT kolegou, v\u0161ichni u\u010ditel\u00e9 mezit\u00edm zaznamen\u00e1vali body a sv\u00e9 post\u0159ehy do google sheet\u016f, tak\u017ee jsme neust\u00e1le m\u011bli aktualizovan\u00e9 informace, jak si dan\u00fd uchaze\u010d vede. Pro ty uchaze\u010de, kte\u0159\u00ed zrovna u nikoho nebyli a museli by \u010dekat, jsme m\u011bli p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed laptopy, na kter\u00fdch vypl\u0148ovali n\u00e1\u0161 dotazn\u00edk. Byly v n\u011bm i pom\u011brn\u011b hlubok\u00e9 a\u017e filozofick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky, rozhodn\u011b ale ne takov\u00e9, na kter\u00e9 byste se m\u011bli dop\u0159edu n\u011bjak p\u0159ipravovat, ov\u011b\u0159ovali jsme na nich mimo jin\u00e9 \u00farove\u0148 psan\u00e9ho projevu. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed cel\u00e9ho dopoledne byl i jeden technick\u00fd \u00fakol, na kter\u00fd rovn\u011b\u017e m\u011bli del\u0161\u00ed \u010das a kter\u00fd se dal prov\u00e9st na mobilu. Nechali jsme si deset voln\u00fdch m\u00edst pro uchaze\u010de do druh\u00e9ho kola na z\u00e1klad\u011b zku\u0161enosti z lo\u0148ska.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u011bti letos ve \u0161kole moc nebyly, vy jste nav\u00edc m\u011bli jen prv\u00e1ky, kte\u0159\u00ed nem\u011bli moc \u0161anc\u00ed se poznat, kdy\u017e se \u0161koly po m\u011bs\u00edci a p\u016fl zav\u0159ely. Jak se v\u00e1m da\u0159\u00ed udr\u017eovat kolektiv?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00edm, \u017ee jsme v\u0161echny d\u011bti poznali u\u017e p\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edma\u010dk\u00e1ch, jsme p\u0159esn\u011b v\u011bd\u011bli, kdo n\u00e1m prvn\u00edho z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed p\u0159ijde do \u0161koly. S t\u00edm ohledem jsme stav\u011bli i adapta\u010dn\u00ed kurz, kter\u00fd se konal p\u0159\u00edmo ve \u0161kole, m\u00e1me tam dvouhektarovou zahradu, na kter\u00e9 jsme m\u011bli postaven\u00e9 skautsk\u00e9 stany. Adapta\u010dn\u00ed kurz byl vlastn\u011b t\u00fddenn\u00ed bojovkou, zam\u011b\u0159enou na re\u00e1lie kolem rozv\u011bdn\u00fdch slu\u017eeb, m\u011bli p\u00e1trat po skute\u010dn\u00e9 osob\u011b \u017eij\u00edc\u00ed v Satalic\u00edch, kter\u00e1 emigrovala do USA, a k tomu se jednalo o vyn\u00e1lezce a \u010dlov\u011bka obvin\u011bn\u00e9ho z pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 \u0161pion\u00e1\u017ee. Pro n\u00e1s to byl z\u00e1rove\u0148 \u00favod do d\u011bjin dvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho a jednadvac\u00e1t\u00e9ho stolet\u00ed, kter\u00fdmi v prvn\u00edm ro\u010dn\u00edku za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>Studenti se tedy velmi sbl\u00ed\u017eili ji\u017e b\u011bhem \u201eadap\u0165\u00e1ku\u201c, proto\u017ee byl zalo\u017een\u00fd na t\u00fdmov\u00fdch a t\u00e9\u017e sportovn\u00edch aktivit\u00e1ch. Do \u0161koly pak chodili je\u0161t\u011b cel\u00e9 z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed, kdy se kolektivy upevnily.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u0159echod na online tedy nebyl a\u017e tak dramatick\u00fd. Na\u0161\u00ed hlavn\u00ed komunika\u010dn\u00ed platformou je Discord, vid\u00edte tam v z\u00e1sad\u011b neust\u00e1le stav v\u0161ech a co pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u011blaj\u00ed. Na\u0161e \u0161kola svou viz\u00ed byla nav\u00edc rovnou stav\u011bna do p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9ho online, cht\u011bli jsme m\u00edt kdykoliv mo\u017enost u\u010dit n\u011bkoho na d\u00e1lku, pokud by byl t\u0159eba nemocn\u00fd. Daleko v\u00edce, ne\u017e n\u011bjak\u00e9 technick\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdukou, jsme tedy \u0159e\u0161ili t\u00e9mata, jako je denn\u00ed re\u017eim a zdrav\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed styl, proto\u017ee to je v dob\u011b lockdownu opravdu hlavn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebujete \u0159e\u0161it. Jakmile to bylo mo\u017en\u00e9, vyu\u017eili jsme mo\u017enost rotovat studenty na individu\u00e1ln\u00edch konzultac\u00edch. Kdy\u017e pak byla povolena doch\u00e1zka skupin d\u011bt\u00ed tzv. ohro\u017een\u00fdch studijn\u00edm ne\u00fasp\u011bchem, rotovali jsme d\u011bti ve skupin\u00e1ch v povolen\u00e9m po\u010dtu \u0161esti d\u011bt\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jak se v\u00e1m da\u0159\u00ed z\u00edsk\u00e1vat do v\u00fduky odborn\u00edky?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0160kola je v tuto chv\u00edli tvo\u0159en\u00e1 t\u00fdmem, kter\u00fd vznikl p\u0159i jej\u00edm zalo\u017een\u00ed, a mnoz\u00ed z nich se dlouh\u00e1 l\u00e9ta znaj\u00ed. Jsou to p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b lid\u00e9 z praxe, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed pedagogick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1n\u00ed, ale v\u011bnovali se jin\u00fdm profes\u00edm, ve kter\u00fdch byli \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed. K tomu s n\u00e1mi spolupracuj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 z praxe, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed d\u00e1le sv\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed a do \u0161koly doch\u00e1zej\u00ed zhruba jednou t\u00fddn\u011b, aby n\u00e1m obohatili obsah. Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u00fdmu jsou t\u00e9\u017e dva vysoko\u0161kol\u00e1ci, student chemie a studentka kybernetiky. Se z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm vhodn\u00fdch lid\u00ed nem\u00e1me probl\u00e9m, schopn\u00ed lid\u00e9 se n\u00e1m hl\u00e1s\u00ed sami, od pr\u00e1zdnin roz\u0161i\u0159ujeme t\u00fdm o dal\u0161\u00ed t\u0159i \u010dleny, kte\u0159\u00ed s n\u00e1mi ji\u017e v pr\u016fb\u011bhu tohoto roku spolupracuj\u00ed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>T\u011b\u0161\u00ed se va\u0161i studenti na prezen\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduku, nebo jim naopak distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduka vyhovovala? Od st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f \u010dasto sl\u00fdch\u00e1me, \u017ee jim vlastn\u011b tento model vyhovuje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edky pojet\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky nebyl nikdo tak \u00fapln\u011b od\u0159\u00edznut\u00fd. Studenti se t\u011b\u0161\u00ed, \u017ee se v pond\u011bl\u00ed zase uvid\u00ed v\u0161ichni dohromady. Asi nejv\u00edc \u0159e\u0161\u00ed rann\u00ed vst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed k n\u00e1m doj\u00ed\u017ed\u011bj\u00ed z opravdu velk\u00e9 d\u00e1lky, a co si budeme pov\u00eddat, vst\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed siln\u00e1 str\u00e1nka \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9ho teenagera. \u010cek\u00e1me tedy, \u017ee v p\u016flce t\u00fddne budou tak trochu mrtv\u00ed, pak se to jist\u011b srovn\u00e1 a \u017eivot snad pob\u011b\u017e\u00ed zase veseleji a daleko v\u00edce s tou fyzickou p\u0159\u00edtomnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mark\u00e9ta Fibigerov\u00e1 otev\u0159ela loni v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v Praze zcela nov\u00fd sm\u011br vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. 1.
