Projekt financuje hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha, p\u0159ipoj\u00ed se k n\u011bmu i Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00fd kraj. Podobn\u00fd n\u00e1stroj pro hodnocen\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagogick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edk\u016f (DVPP) zat\u00edm v \u010cesku neexistuje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cChceme vytvo\u0159it ucelen\u00fd syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch kurz\u016f pro u\u010ditele, kter\u00fd umo\u017en\u00ed mj. na z\u00e1klad\u011b recenz\u00ed snadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed orientaci v nab\u00eddce a rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, na jak\u00fd kurz j\u00edt, \u010di ne,\u201d<\/em> \u0159\u00edk\u00e1<strong> vedouc\u00ed projektu Petr Zavadil<\/strong>. Rozvoji inovac\u00ed ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed se jako expert v\u011bnuje ji\u017e \u0159adu let v r\u00e1mci spole\u010dnosti Magic Education. Na trhu dnes takov\u00e9 m\u00edsto s nestrann\u00fdm p\u0159ehledem nab\u00eddky vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed pro pedagogy chyb\u00ed. <em>\u201cChceme u\u010ditel\u016fm umo\u017enit snadn\u00e9 a informovan\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdb\u011bru kurz\u016f jejich dal\u0161\u00edho profesn\u00edho rozvoje,\u201d <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>Petr Zavadil<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201eNa trhu ka\u017ed\u00fd rok p\u0159ib\u00fdvaj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed a dal\u0161\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed kurzy pro u\u010ditele i pro management \u0161kol. S t\u00edm ale nar\u016fst\u00e1 pot\u0159eba se mezi nimi orientovat a dok\u00e1zat vyhodnotit jejich kvalitu a pot\u0159ebnost. Hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha si spole\u010dn\u011b s Pra\u017esk\u00fdm inova\u010dn\u00edm institutem vzalo za sv\u016fj \u00fakol tuto pot\u0159ebu naplnit a pomoci tak pedagog\u016fm nejen v Praze, ale ve v\u0161ech \u010desk\u00fdch a moravsk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Nov\u011b vyv\u00edjen\u00fd unik\u00e1tn\u00ed syst\u00e9m pro evaluaci kurz\u016f DVPP by m\u011bl pedagog\u016fm poskytnout souhrnn\u00fd, systematick\u00fd p\u0159ehled o nab\u00eddce pro jejich dal\u0161\u00ed profesn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed a pomoci tak k c\u00edli, kter\u00e9ho chceme v\u0161ichni spole\u010dn\u011b dos\u00e1hnout - vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed kvality vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed v \u010cesku,\" <\/em>\u0159\u00edk\u00e1 <strong>V\u00edt \u0160imral, radn\u00ed hl. m. Prahy pro oblast \u0161kolstv\u00ed, sportu, v\u011bdy a podpory podnik\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 maj\u00ed ze z\u00e1kona povinnost v\u011bnovat ka\u017ed\u00fd rok ur\u010dit\u00fd po\u010det dn\u016f ze sv\u00e9 pracovn\u00ed doby dal\u0161\u00edmu profesn\u00edmu rozvoji. Nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed proto r\u016fzn\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed kurzy, kter\u00fdch je v sou\u010dasnosti na trhu nep\u0159ebern\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed<strong>. Probl\u00e9mem je, \u017ee maj\u00ed r\u016fznou kvalitu a zat\u00edm neexistuje syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed a sd\u00edlen\u00ed informac\u00ed<\/strong>, kter\u00fd by pomohl u\u010ditel\u016fm se snadno informovan\u011b rozhodnout, zda-li je ten dan\u00fd kurz pro n\u011b vhodn\u00fd \u010di nikoliv. U\u010ditel\u00e9 si tak \u010dasto vyb\u00edraj\u00ed na z\u00e1klad\u011b doporu\u010den\u00ed sv\u00fdch koleg\u016f a toho, co p\u0159ijde za nab\u00eddku zrovna do e-mailu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\"Roky jsem se v diskus\u00edch s \u0159editeli setk\u00e1val s po\u017eadavkem na p\u0159ehlednou datab\u00e1zi mo\u017enost\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro pedagogy, kter\u00e1 jim umo\u017en\u00ed v\u00fdb\u011br i posouzen\u00ed kvality. Kdy\u017e jsme uva\u017eovali o projektu podporuj\u00edc\u00edm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f na pra\u017esk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, velmi rychle jsme do\u0161li k n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee vytvo\u0159en\u00ed takov\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt relativn\u011b n\u00e1kladov\u011b \u00fasporn\u00fdm a p\u0159itom vysoce efektivn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem, jak rychle posunout \u00farove\u0148 vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f,\u201c<\/em> vysv\u011btluje <strong>\u0159editel Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho inova\u010dn\u00edho institutu Bohumil Kartous<\/strong> motivaci pro vznik port\u00e1lu. <em>\u201eZ\u00e1klad projektu u\u017e byl k dispozici a nav\u00edc se potvrdilo, \u017ee \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu s tvorbou takov\u00e9ho n\u00e1stroje nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1. <\/em><strong><em>U\u017e dnes m\u00e1me potvrzenou spolupr\u00e1ci s dal\u0161\u00edmi dv\u011bma kraji a z reakce ostatn\u00edch po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1me s t\u00edm, \u017ee n\u00e1stroj bude vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n z\u0159izovateli a \u0161kolami v cel\u00e9 \u010cR<\/em><\/strong><em>,\u201c<\/em> dod\u00e1v\u00e1 <strong>\u0159editel Kartous.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Projekt bude m\u00edt dv\u011b f\u00e1ze: v\u00fdzkum a prototyp softwaru<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projekt Pra\u017esk\u00e9ho inova\u010dn\u00edho institutu bude realizov\u00e1n ve dvou f\u00e1z\u00edch. <strong>Prvn\u00ed je v\u00fdzkumn\u00e1<\/strong>, v r\u00e1mci n\u00ed\u017e expertn\u00ed t\u00fdm ji\u017e za\u010dal letos v lednu pracovat na designov\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu hodnocen\u00ed - jak by m\u011bl vypadat, jak\u00e1 data by m\u011bl sb\u00edrat a jak by je m\u011bl interpretovat tak, aby byla u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 nejen u\u010ditel\u016fm p\u0159i rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm organizac\u00edm jako d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 zp\u011btn\u00e1 vazba. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cHled\u00e1me zp\u016fsob, jak by se syst\u00e9m mohl co nejl\u00e9pe zapojit do dne\u0161n\u00edho fungov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kol a u\u010ditel\u016f tak, aby u\u010ditel\u016fm, \u0159editel\u016fm ale i vzd\u011blavatel\u016fm p\u0159inesl hodnotu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 pro jednotliv\u00e9 strany nebyl n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na zapojen\u00ed,\u201d <\/em>vysv\u011btluje <strong>vedouc\u00ed projektu Zavadil<\/strong>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u00edlem je zhruba do deseti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f v r\u00e1mci spolupr\u00e1ce s vybran\u00fdmi \u0161kolami a vzd\u011blavateli vytvo\u0159it metodiku<\/strong>,<strong> kter\u00e1 by popisovala, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem bude cel\u00fd syst\u00e9m hodnocen\u00ed fungovat.<\/strong> Na z\u00e1klad\u011b toho pak expertn\u00ed t\u00fdm v r\u00e1mci <strong>druh\u00e9 f\u00e1ze projektu <\/strong>sestav\u00ed <strong>prototyp softwaru<\/strong>, kter\u00fd vytvo\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1klad pro recenzn\u00ed port\u00e1l dostupn\u00fd na webu i na mobiln\u00edch telefonech. Vyhled\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dat o p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitostech dal\u0161\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pedagog\u016f by tak m\u011blo m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edjemnou, efektivn\u00ed a p\u0159ehlednou formu a z\u00e1rove\u0148 umo\u017e\u0148ovat sd\u00edlen\u00ed mezi \u0161kolami a u\u010diteli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Krom\u011b Kr\u00e1lov\u00e9hradeck\u00e9ho kraje jednaj\u00ed auto\u0159i projektu tak\u00e9 s Jihomoravsk\u00fdm, St\u0159edo\u010desk\u00fdm a Libereck\u00fdm krajem.<\/strong> P\u0159ipojit se ale mohou i dal\u0161\u00ed kraje a z\u0159izovatel\u00e9, pro n\u011b\u017e by tento nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m byl p\u0159idanou hodnotou. <em>\u201cDo spolupr\u00e1ce bychom r\u00e1di zapojili i dal\u0161\u00ed kraje a z\u0159izovatele. Jedn\u00e1 se o n\u00e1stroj, kter\u00fd nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt omezen jen na \u00fazem\u00ed hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Prahy. Bylo by skv\u011bl\u00e9, kdyby jej mohli vyu\u017e\u00edvat v\u0161ichni u\u010ditel\u00e9 v \u010cesku,\u201d <\/em>dod\u00e1v\u00e1<strong> Petr Zavadil.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pra\u017esk\u00fd inova\u010dn\u00ed institut \u2013 kdo jsme?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pra\u017esk\u00fd inova\u010dn\u00ed institut (Pii) zalo\u017eilo formou zapsan\u00e9ho \u00fastavu v lednu 2020 hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto Praha. Tato ve\u0159ejn\u011b prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1 organizace se zam\u011b\u0159uje na podporu rozvoje vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u011bsta a \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Chce se st\u00e1t spojnic\u00ed mezi sv\u011btem byznysu a ve\u0159ejnou i akademickou sf\u00e9rou.
