Zcela mimo syst\u00e9m z\u016fstalo 10 500 \u017e\u00e1k\u016f, toto \u010d\u00edslo se v\u0161ak ani na podzim v\u00fdrazn\u011b nezm\u011bnilo. Upozornila na to dnes na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci \u010cesk\u00e1 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce (\u010cSI). Vyzvala proto dal\u0161\u00ed instituce, jako jsou org\u00e1ny soci\u00e1ln\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00ed ochrany d\u011bt\u00ed, neziskov\u00fd sektor a instituce ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy, aby se v\u00edce zapojily. \u0160koly toti\u017e podle inspektor\u016f v\u011bt\u0161inu mo\u017enost\u00ed zapojen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f mimo syst\u00e9m vy\u010derpaly. Naopak za nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozitivum, kter\u00e9 distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduka p\u0159inesla, inspekce pova\u017euje efektivn\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduka v \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch v\u00fdrazn\u011b prohloubila rozd\u00edly mezi \u017e\u00e1ky. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eN\u016f\u017eky se velmi rozev\u00edraj\u00ed a v\u0161e dominantn\u011b souvis\u00ed s t\u00edm, jak\u00e9 je rodinn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed t\u011bchto \u017e\u00e1k\u016f a jak podporuj\u00edc\u00ed jejich rodiny jsou. M\u00edra vlivu socioekonomick\u00fdch aspekt\u016f na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed d\u011bt\u00ed je v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice enormn\u00ed. Jedna v\u011bc jsou znalosti a dovednosti, ale jde tak\u00e9 o soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakty. Po n\u00e1vratu \u017e\u00e1k\u016f k prezen\u010dn\u00edmu vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bude d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby pr\u00e1v\u011b ten soci\u00e1ln\u00ed kontakt a akcent na obnoven\u00ed soci\u00e1ln\u00edch vazeb d\u011bt\u00ed a \u017e\u00e1k\u016f byl v ur\u010dit\u00e9 rovnov\u00e1ze se samotn\u00fdm vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm,\u201c \u0159ekl dnes Ond\u0159ej Andrys, n\u00e1m\u011bstek \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho inspektora.\u00a0<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Podle \u00fast\u0159edn\u00edho \u0161koln\u00edho inspektora Tom\u00e1\u0161e Zatloukala by kv\u016fli velk\u00fdm rozd\u00edl\u016fm mezi \u017e\u00e1ky bylo vhodn\u00e9 p\u0159ipravovat se u\u017e nyn\u00ed na to, jak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem n\u00e1vrat \u017e\u00e1k\u016f do \u0161kol prob\u011bhne, a tak\u00e9 p\u0159ipravit dlouhodob\u00fd z\u00e1m\u011br, jak bude prob\u00edhat v\u00fduka v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edm \u0161koln\u00edm roce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Na n\u011bkter\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch online v\u00fduka st\u00e1le nen\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Za znepokojiv\u00e9 inspekce pova\u017euje, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u0161koly v\u016fbec nerealizuj\u00ed online v\u00fduku. Loni na ja\u0159e t\u0159etina \u0159editel\u016f nebyla schopna na sv\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch u\u010dit online, v sou\u010dasnosti se to t\u00fdk\u00e1 desetiny z nich. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eNep\u0159\u00edjemnou zpr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edm syst\u00e9mu m\u00e1me p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b dv\u011b procenta \u0161kol, kter\u00e9 ani na ja\u0159e a ani na podzim online vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nerealizuj\u00ed, p\u0159esto\u017ee maj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci i u\u010ditel\u00e9 pro to vytvo\u0159en\u00e9 materi\u00e1ln\u00ed podm\u00ednky,\u201c konstatoval na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci Zatloukal.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm atributem pro realizaci distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky je podle Andryse vybaven\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edmi technologiemi, kter\u00fdmi u\u010ditel\u00e9 disponuj\u00ed. Uvedl, \u017ee na ja\u0159e byla situace pro v\u0161echny strany slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, v sou\u010dasnosti se v\u0161ak podm\u00ednky zm\u011bnily a zejm\u00e9na na z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch se situace pozitivn\u011b zm\u011bnila. U\u010ditel\u00e9 u\u017e v\u011bt\u0161inou pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed k distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduce maj\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 i studenti se tak\u00e9 podle \u010cSI velmi rychle s\u017eili s nastalou situac\u00ed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eVelk\u00fdm t\u00e9matem \u010desk\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu dlouhodob\u011b je m\u00edra efektivn\u00edho vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed digit\u00e1ln\u00edch technologi\u00ed ve v\u00fduce. Velmi v\u00fdrazn\u011b se kompetence u\u010ditel\u016f prom\u011bnily v tom pozitivn\u00edm smyslu a je to nepochybn\u011b jeden z pozitivn\u00edch dopad\u016f pandemie,\u201c dodal Andrys. To v pr\u016fzkumu Prahy \u0161kolsk\u00e9 ohledn\u011b pozitivn\u00edch dopad\u016f pandemie potvrzuje i Michal \u010cern\u00fd, prezident Asociace \u0159editel\u016f z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol a \u0159editel Masarykovy Z\u0160 v pra\u017esk\u00fdch Kl\u00e1novic\u00edch. \u201ePozitivn\u00ed je zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed, \u017ee jsme (u\u010ditel\u00e9, \u017e\u00e1ci i rodi\u010de) dok\u00e1zali na situaci zareagovat, nau\u010dit se nov\u00e9 v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 jsme si je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed rokem neum\u011bli p\u0159edstavit. D\u016fkladn\u011b a pro\u017eitkem jsme poznali v\u0161echny v\u00fdhody i nev\u00fdhody e-learningu. Po technick\u00e9 str\u00e1nce se \u00farove\u0148 \u010desk\u00fdch \u0161kol a u\u010ditel\u016f ur\u010dit\u011b zvedla, n\u011bkter\u00e9 nov\u00e9 poznatky ur\u010dit\u011b vyu\u017eijeme i v budoucnu,\u201c \u0159ekl \u010cern\u00fd.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami je velk\u00fdm t\u00e9matem, nyn\u00ed se je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce otev\u00edr\u00e1<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nejv\u00edce se podle \u0161et\u0159en\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 \u0161koln\u00ed inspekce v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami zapojuj\u00ed do online vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ci druh\u00e9ho stupn\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol. Naopak nejm\u00e9n\u011b nematuritn\u00ed obory st\u0159edn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed. Nez\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ale zcela mimo syst\u00e9m. \u0160kol\u00e1m se s nimi da\u0159\u00ed pracovat jinak, nap\u0159\u00edklad pomoc\u00ed individu\u00e1ln\u00edch konzultac\u00ed nebo zapojen\u00edm asistent\u016f pedagoga. Inspekce tak\u00e9 zjistila, \u017ee v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol si nejl\u00e9pe s nastalou situac\u00ed poradily \u0161koly, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1k\u016f se speci\u00e1ln\u00edmi vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edmi pot\u0159ebami v\u00edce. To v\u0161ak neplat\u00ed pro st\u0159edn\u00ed \u0161koly, zejm\u00e9na v nematuritn\u00edch oborech. Tam v\u0161ak tento probl\u00e9m existuje i bez ohledu na po\u010det t\u011bchto \u017e\u00e1k\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zlep\u0161ila se organizace i podoba distan\u010dn\u00edho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Oproti jaru v\u011bt\u0161ina \u0161kol sjednotila platformy, kter\u00e9 k vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed na d\u00e1lku vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed. Co je v\u0161ak probl\u00e9mem, je fakt, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 \u0161koly nap\u0159\u00ed\u010d v\u0161emi stupni vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nad\u00e1le vyu\u010duj\u00ed v re\u017eimu stejn\u00e9m, jako p\u0159i prezen\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduce. A to i p\u0159esto, \u017ee ministerstvo \u0161kolstv\u00ed \u0161kol\u00e1m takovou v\u00fduku nedoporu\u010duje. <em>\u201ePoukazovali jsme na to, \u017ee nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat, \u017ee kdy\u017e p\u0159eklop\u00edme prezen\u010dn\u00ed rozvrh do distan\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fduky jedna ku jedn\u00e9, \u017ee to p\u0159inese n\u011bjak\u00fd efekt, bohu\u017eel st\u00e1le existuj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 pod\u00edly \u0161kol, kter\u00e9 takto postupuj\u00ed. U z\u00e1kladn\u00edch \u0161kol se poda\u0159ilo toto zredukovat,\u201c<\/em> uv\u00e1d\u00ed Andrys. T\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 40 procent \u0161kol na 1. stupni podle inspekce vyu\u010dovalo online v\u00edce ne\u017e 90 minut, co\u017e je pro mal\u00e9 d\u011bti velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 a m\u011blo by to b\u00fdt n\u00e1m\u011btem pro dal\u0161\u00ed zlep\u0161en\u00ed v n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edm obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>U\u010ditel\u00e9 tak\u00e9 v\u00edce do v\u00fduky zapojuj\u00ed nov\u00e9 prvky, nap\u0159\u00edklad r\u016fzn\u00e9 aplikace, kv\u00edzy, formul\u00e1\u0159e a my\u0161lenkov\u00e9 mapy. Tak\u00e9 za\u010dali mnohem v\u00edce ne\u017e d\u0159\u00edve hodnotit sv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky pr\u016fb\u011b\u017en\u011b a poskytovat zp\u011btnou vazbu na jejich studium.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Otev\u00edr\u00e1 se t\u00e9ma redukce vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu roku s pandemi\u00ed za\u010dali u\u010ditel\u00e9 v\u00edce p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o rozsahu vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edch pl\u00e1n\u016f. V z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a\u017e 27 procent u\u010ditel\u016f na druh\u00e9m stupni z\u00e1kladek redukovalo mno\u017estv\u00ed u\u010diva. V \u00fanoru u\u017e se to t\u00fdkalo v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etiny pedagog\u016f. Pro zmen\u0161en\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho obsahu bylo v z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed 15 procent vyu\u010duj\u00edc\u00edch a v \u00fanoru tohoto roku zhruba 21 procent. Nejv\u00edce u\u010ditel\u00e9 omezili u\u010divo ve v\u00fdchovn\u00fdch p\u0159edm\u011btech, nejmen\u0161\u00ed \u00falevy se t\u00fdkaly \u010de\u0161tiny, matematiky a ciz\u00edch jazyk\u016f, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b v maturitn\u00edch p\u0159edm\u011btech na st\u0159edn\u00edch \u0161kol\u00e1ch.
